The staff is super friendly. This sausage shop is in Seattle and created their own version of boudin! It wasn’t like boudin from the south, but it was good. The bread was also delicious as well.

Our server was awesome, and she really took the time to explain the different sausages and how they all tasted. Its worth sitting in and getting the platter as it was a great way to find out what we liked. My favourite was the bacon sausage - such a good flavour! A good lunch stop if you get the platter and some fries. They also have a good selection of beers and ciders.

Ok so I'm a lil partial to sausages and this place in particular had a great fresh selection. We got about 6 of em total, and let me tell you how good they are. I love anything spicy so naturally to me those were the best ones. It's in the middle of the pike place market you have to watch out for it or you might miss it. I seriously recommend you don't. It has almost like this hole In the wall/old bar kinda feel to it. But it adds to its charm. Food is great.

The sausage was fantastic and I'd you want good currywurst French fries and a small bier selection. Up its beer status and it would certainly be 5 stars. Food service and atmosphere is great I had the Hungarian and nurnberg sausages tasted just like having it in a Berlin or Hanover bier garden. Also not too busy which is good

I really liked the frankfurter sausage and the fries! I hope this place open for dine in on the weekends soon, nowadays they have just take out during the weekends. They have dine in during the weekdays though

Loved their product and prices are very reasonable. Most of the sausages are around $2 per piece.
I am not a big fan of eating sausages due to the junk and fillers and unclean meat they are stuffed with, but not this one. Unfortunately, for travelling, you only have one option of sausage that is already ins a vacuumed bag. The other flavors can get them online though.

Very friendly staff and a wide selection of sausages from traditional bratwurst to merguez and everything in between. The sausage sandwiches are excellent and well priced.

Stopped for a Brat and Beer while visiting the Pike Market. Nice quiet spot to chill inside. Food and beer was great 🌭 and staff was AWESOME. All made fresh so food will take a bit. But that's just a reason to drink more beer (1 for the wait 1 for the brat 😉.

Excellent all around (food and the service). All of their sausages (except 1) are gluten free. The French fries are also Gluten Free. The curry ketchup is a must try. We will definitely be ordering online for shipment and coming back when we are in Seattle.

The best Brats (traditional or regular Bratwurst) I've found in and around Seattle. They grill up nicely without burning and everybody so far has raved about them. I've tried some of their other suasages and they're very good also.

I think they make the sausage right here and boy, the freshness and spicing are spot on. The fat in the sausage is almost invisible, just goodness. The cajun andouille is off the charts.

Oh my gosh! These people know sausage! I had the bacon sausage and it was amazing. Pikes Place is large and rambling, but Uli's is worth finding and making a stop at!
My BF and I ferried over from Bremerton and couldn't resist grabbing a cold bag and taking some different sausages back with us. They stayed ice cold and traveled without incident.

I was really looking forward to trying your sausage but arrived to your dinning area being closed. Was told by staff that the dining room was closed due to not being staffed. Seriously unprofessional. Last time my friends were here the dinning room was closed a few hours early.

Sense leaving Seattle, we had to leave behind our FAVORITE place to get Sausage at...Uli's is the best place to get FRESH made Sausage...you can also get the BEST Apple Chicken Sausage and their Mild Italian Sausage is the best ever...we miss getting our fresh Apple Chicken Sausage and Mild Italian Sausage..we tried the store bought Apple Chicken Sausage and the Mild Italian Sausage and that store bought Sausage is the nastiest stuff ever... Uli's has us spoiled as far as me buying any other Sausage's...now to get some shipped to us here in Hawaii... I just wish shipping WASN'T so expensive...
