Beth's Cafe - Seattle - Photo album

We stopped here on a Monday for breakfast. We parked nearby and the place was not too busy. Service was fast and prompt. I got the short stack with a side of sausages. The pancakes were decent. The sausages were okay. My wife got the veggie scramble which was pretty good. Overall a nice place.
I ordered the 6 egg Triple Bypass omelette and whoa nelly, that was massive with lots and lots of meat and best of all it comes with all you can eat hash brown! The service was super fast and very friendly, the cafe is bigger than it looks from the outside so seating shouldn't be a problem.
How I did not know of this restaurant, it escapes me. Beth's Cafe has all the dinner feel and yummy taste you're looking for. Their specialty is their humongous 6 or 12 egg omelets. Awesome classic diner! Not the cheapest prices, but massive portions and everything we got was delicious. Our server was really friendly too.
I really enjoy a classic diner, where you can watch the cooks in action. The portions are huge, with the small omelette being 6 eggs. Prices are commensurate.
I'm so glad Beth's is back. Don't come here with vegans, but otherwise this is a great breakfast spot! I take off a star because sometimes kitchen doesn't omit ingredients you ask to remove. But the wait staff is great and the portions are generous (even for the scrambles, which the menu claims is f
