Duke's Seafood South Lake Union - Seattle - Photo album

Stopped by for dinner and really loved it! I would highly recommend the clam chowder, salad and fish&chips. They do have oysters for $3 a piece. Service can be a bit choppy but not horrible. Just need a reminder here and there (for missing orders) or you just need to ask the right person (i was tol
I came here for dinner on Friday night and had to wait for about 20 minutes to get a table outdoors. The view is pretty good and service overall was pretty good. We started with the dingy prawn chowder and salmon bites. They provided a free warm sour dough bread which paired well with the chowder. T
We sat outside and had a lovely view. The calamari steaks were fantastic to start. I had a special gnocchi and my husband had fish and chips. Everything was clearly very fresh with very generous portions.
Duke's is always a must-do when in the area for work or pleasure. Consistently good quality food. The newer Lake Union location is awesome (views, patio, parking, etc). The service is ok, it may be they have been short staffed but my last few times there it's not been as good as it used to be. A
I have been to Seattle several times but had never been to Dukes before. Now, having been, I will always come here. I have to eat gluten-free, and there were so many options for me, including the clam chowder, which is almost never gluten-free at other restaurants. The food was excellent. Throw in t
This place is great! I was in Seattle recently for a business trip and decided to give this place a shot and I’m happy I did. Everything is very fresh and well made, especially the bread! I went multiple times, so I got to try the lobster bisque, clam chowder, seafood gnocchi, and the fish and chip
Very good service! Food was good too. Only complaint was the tomato based seafood soup, it needed to have more seasoning and umami, I let them know and they took it off my tab no problem so my experience here was very good overall!
We are from out of town, and originally I was a bit hesitant to come to Duke’s due to the prices being a bit higher for some of the mains. We originally went to a different restaurant, and that place ended up being so bad that we left after 15 mins. We then walked to Duke’s and are SO glad we did.
Delicious food and an excellent setting. The crab cake is superior. Great views from the dining room, knowledgeable and helpful service all make this a great option. We had fish and chips, the mixed grill and salmon fettuccine, all excellent. The best appetizer is the calamari steak strips.
Marvelous place for dinner. Great on a Tuesday dinner time when you can watch the Tuesday sail racing. It's every Tuesday and a great view from the restaurant. Good is delicious and comes very fast! Cocktails are great tasting without overpowering alcohol aftertaste. It's a very popular and busy pla
The outdoor seating view is astounding! Being able to look at the sea, ships, and water-plane taking off along with seafood is a delightful experience, for both for tourists and locals. For the food, bread is okay, but a bit too doughy, not fluffy enough. The Fish & Chips is fine. I only wish the co
Good casual comfort seafood by the lake (quiet views of Lake Union). The sourdough bread is remarkable! I'm not a bread lover normally but this bread was so good I ate the whole basket! Which was okay because the Petrale Sole Picatta I ordered was a "face puckering punch"! The sauce was so sour all
This has to be one of the best seafood restaurants in the Pacific northwest. Everything was great, they have a great view of the lake were you can watch Seaplanes take off and land.
Great outdoor seating for the summer Seattle weather! Food is fantastic and fresh and the staff was wonderful. If you have time to have brunch here on a nice weekend I would highly recommend it. Really cool vibe too, it’s designed to feel like a boat. You do have to pay parking here unless you want
Went here for nephew college graduation dinner party of 20 and sat us in a room by ourselves. Service was great and food was plenty and tasty. And actually came out without much wait too. I ordered the trio? Combo scallops were much smaller than I expected but tasty. The crab dip app was very goo
Before anything don’t forget to get crack cakes. They were out of this world. Order as entree so you get two. For the mains we got the Parmesan halibut and fish and chips max halibut was fresh. Cocktails weren’t anything great. Extra points for our server she was sweet and super courteous. Definitel
An institution for Seattle seafood. Reservations are a must but there are bar counter seats for those who did not make a reservation. The best seats are probably outdoors, by the lake. I had the crab cakes and clam chowder and they were excellent, though not mind blowing. I was more astonished that
Duke's is a great place for seafood. The food is always the best around, especially the crab cakes! Service us always top-notch and friendly. The views are amazing, they have a great outdoor seating area as well. Highly recommend!
