This is a great place to pop in for a quick drink (either alcoholic or non-alcoholic). Sometimes the line can be long but it moves pretty quickly! It’s nestled in a little area at pike place, so it can get pretty busy. I’ve tried multiple flavors and they are all pretty great. The pink guava is surprisingly sweet, but every other flavor I’ve tried (mango, pineapple, original) has been really tart and great. One of my favorite things to do is “build my own mule” by getting a different flavor. Definitely recommend coming here multiple times and trying out their different flavors!
Super refreshing beverage during a hot day. Lots of different flavours of ginger beer and you can even add booze to them too. You can also buy jugs/growlers of ginger beer if you’re a big fan of them. Located right at Pike Place Market so it was constantly busy. There are plenty of seating but you’ll be sharing space with people who are lining up for the drink. Ginger taste is not very strong. No alcohol content in its original drinks despite calling it ginger beer.
Delicious ginger beer that comes in different flavours. You can ask for a little tasting cup before selecting your flavour. Their cocktails sounded good as well. Very refreshing. I enjoyed my blood orange ginger beer. :)
Refreshing and delicious. Tried the carmelized pineapple and the white peach. The pineapple one was so good. Sparkling ginger beer with crisp but subtle pineapple sweetness and an aftertaste of ginger with a slight burn. The white peach was nice but not spectacular. I would like to try every flavour!
So many unique flavours of ginger beer! We love the peach, guava, and blood orange. They have both alcoholic and nonalcoholic options, so there is something for everyone to try. A must-have if you are visiting Seattle!
This place is so cute!! I love how there's so many flavors of ginger beer. I tried the white peach because the staff said it was a popular one. It tasted very nice and refreshing, almost like a lemonade.
By the front till they have a photo of the founder and a short story about her passing. Very sad to read that she passed away so suddenly but she must be so proud of how successful her company continues to be.
I really liked the setup of the space. There is a wooden table in the middle with seats and the place opens up to the alley with lots of fresh air. This place also offers boozy cocktails that sound good!
Super cool concept! There's one here and one in U Village. Not the friendliest staff, even on a quiet rainy day, but yummy drinks!
Husband got the Hot Toddy which has RGB Blood orange and whiskey. I had the Porch Swing with original RGB, aperol and gin. Very yummy! Dangerous because you don't even taste the alcohol!
Great drinks. Got the blood orange with tequila and it’s delicious. They also offer free popcorn, which is a nice touch. Great vibe in the space. Clean and fresh.
Amazing as a ginger beer connoisseur as myself coming across RGB was a dream come true! I’ve heard about this company but never thought I would ever run into the shop while traveling ! It was so good I came back again the next day I wish I could’ve tried all the flavors but it gives me a reason to come back to Seattle. All 3 flavors that I tried was hands down awesome sauce! Spicy pineapple, extra and pink guava !!

Tried a couple of flavours (Original and Tangerine+Turmeric). Like the Original one better. Would definitely recommend to try this place out if you’re in the Pike Place area
After trying everything, the pink guava ginger beer and pineapple dole whip hit the spot! It is not really strong with the fruity flavors but still extremely refreshing. The pineapple dole whip was so good! Would come back for seconds
Omg! This place is so good. It was a bucket list item for when in Seattle! I’m normally not a ginger beer person but I was drawn to the pineapple Dole Whip soft serve which is vegan! It’s so freaking good. Reminds me of the one in Disneyland. I got the 12oz locally made dole whip pineapple (v) with Rachel’s signature mango flavored ginger beer. It was the perfect combo! Not too sweet but hits the spot!
My friends got the Boozy Float which you can add a shot of spirit of your choice. It’s the same as the above but with alcohol. They said it was super good. You do have to be 21+ to be here since they serve alcohol.
We came on a Monday during lunch and it wasn’t busy which was a good thing. We didn’t have to wait long to get our orders.
RGB is always a favorite.
Staff was very friendly. Had a friend visiting for the first time, and she asked to try every flavor, and they obliged. It took them some time to get a platter of all the flavors, but definitely appreciate the customer service!
We ended up getting two mules. One with guava and one with cucumber tarragon. Both were very good. The cucumber tarragon was extremely light and refreshing! Staff definitely did a very generous vodka pour.
We sat inside and enjoyed our drinks.

Amazing ginger beer flavours (we had Blueberry & Guava) & the staff are super friendly! Must go if you are visiting Pike Place!
Quick note for anyone travelling from Europe & non-US/Canada: If you intend on buying anything alcoholic (not ginger beer) - make sure you bring an official passport as Washington State doesn’t accept driver’s licenses as ID (but allows you to enter the premise and buy non-alcoholic drinks)
Amazing ginger beer. I genuinely enjoy ginger beer and this not only meets the standard for acceptable ginger beer but it exceeds it!
The aesthetic of the store was excellent and the location was convenient.
The service was good and they let you sample different flavors. This was helpful for me as I wasn’t sure if I wanted the plain ginger beer or the pink guava. I sampled both and decided to do the pink guava. I loved it. It was a nice twist to plain ginger beer and the guava was a subtle flavor.
The price is also very affordable so I appreciated that. If I lived in the area, I would definitely consider buying one of the bigger jugs of ginger beer. They would be great to reuse for other purposes too.
Possibly one of the top two, definitely one of the three Moscow Mules I’ve ever had. The ginger beer was perfect! The semi crushed ice really topped it off. Almost made me wish they had frozen mules!
One of our favorite spots in Seattle! The ginger beer was perfect and the frozen dark and stormy was one of the best drinks I’ve ever had. Absolutely love the concept and all the different flavors. They definitely need to consider offering flights
Staff are very friendly and helpful even with a gift card issue I was having. Dark and Stormy mixed drink was delicious. Great ginger beer. Recommend to get a drink in fun atmosphere or take a growler to go for back home. So tasty!
