Chan Seattle - Seattle - Photo album

I went for my father's birthday and got quite a lot of stuff. Overall I would say that the food isn't quite for a Koreans palette as the flavors of the dishes are quite muted compared to the Korean counterpart. This is probably due to catering to a western palette. But that doesn't mean all the fo
Visited during restaurant week. The cuisine leans towards modern Korean, and it was decent. I tried the beef sotbap (not shown), which was okay, but the fried rice cakes stood out and were quite enjoyable. The service could use improvement, especially considering the restaurant tends to get busy and
I was worried walking into a hotel restaurant. Usually they are sub par and expensive. This place is the exact opposite. The quality of food quality is high and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the area. We got the bulgogi sliders which I will highly recommend. The bone marrow was good too,
Upscale, lively place with surprisingly more vegetarian options than expected. The food is Korean inspired, and really good. In particular the sujebi stands out, as it uses perilla in just the right amount to give a bitter earthiness to the noodles. The cocktail could have been more flavorful and l
Very nice food at a reasonable price. We were there twice in a week. First time it was an all 5 star experience - second time not so much. The waiter and the atmosphere made a big difference to the overall experience. The food was good both days though.
Chan Seattle blew us away. We loved the Korean inspired dishes and our server was phenomenal. We tried the steak tartare, Dwenjang ramen, and Sot Bap with Alaskan King Salmon. Each were delicious. We couldn't believe our luck when our server brought us a free dish from the kitchen, Alaskan Black Cod
Pretty solid food, nothing mind-blowing but still left me satisfied. On the pricey side but expected from tapas restaurants. Their speciality cocktails were really good though, would recommend giving them a try. I tried the deep fried rice cakes, bulgolgi sliders, soo jae bi, and the cured salmon. I
Went here for date night! Food was so good looking and smelling I forgot to take great photos 😅 Highly recommend the Alaskan cod!! It melts in your mouth like butter but better. I also liked the sliders a lot. They're full of flavor and super light! Presentation of the duck sop bap was also amazi
A Korean restaurant with a contemporary flare to their food presentation. We tried the roasted cauliflower appetizer, the Crispy Jidori Chicken with noodles, and the Alaskan King Salmon Sot Bap. The wait staff were very friendly and helpful with the menu items and made sure we understood the portion
This experience was very different than what I was expecting from the former Chan establishment near Pike Place. The building, ambiance, and food were much more elevated and upscale. The music kept the scene lively. The service was very friendly and accommodating. The overall consensus of our table
Chan is such a hidden gem. All of the food was so affordable for the quality. The service was 11/10, such a helpful and kind staff. Everything came out quickly and just as delicious as we hoped. Definitely swing by or make a reservation if you’re in Seattle!
Friendly staff and amazing food. The menu has an array of options available for different Korean food preferences. Definitely try the fried chicken! It was interesting to be able to watch the chef's work and create the meals. Will make it a point to eat again when back in town.
The service here for us was amazing! We had two people who were very attentive and friendly. It’s been a long time since we had customer service like that. The food was seasoned perfectly and the wagu beef and duck were moist and tender. And the dessert….WOW! I don’t know what it was but it was like
Great food, great service and super fast. We got the American wagyu, the melon and the beef sliders. We liked all of them! Would come again
Haven’t tried their dinner menu, but would definitely recommend the lunch specials. Reasonably priced and both the Bulgogi beef and mushroom Japchae tasted really good.
This restaurant is super cute, it’s at the first level of the hotel there. Lots of wait time if you don’t have a reservation so make sure you have that! Food arrives super quickly and staff is friendly! Prices are definitely high like any other Korean restaurant! The flavors were definitely good! It
Ordered Beef/Port Sliders, Deep Fried Rice Cake, and Seafood SotBap. All the sauces were great. Sliders are must-have. don't recommend Seafood Sot bap because I was unable to eat with a spoon. so if it is as a new food, I am ok but as sot bap, it is not. Friendly service but feel that many servers a
Food was absolutely amazing. Phenomenal. Drinks were great too. Our servers were friendly, helpful, and prompt and the food came out fast! The only ding I'd give them is the were blasting pretty saccharine pop, and not even kpop! Super nit-y, but overall we're pumped to go back. Get the Brussels spr
