Well worth the wait, the line goes by quick. The folx running the bakery have it down to a fine tune so 10/10 on the service. The assortment of choices.. good luck. We each spent a good chunk of change because it tasted as good as it looks. Prices were reasonable considering it’s Seattle

We stumbled upon Le Panier bakery while exploring Pike Place Market. We opted for lattes, macarons, the lemon tartelette and the napoleon. Everything was incredible! This place is a real gem - we will definitely be back next time we are in Seattle!
The Almondine has a very rich almond flavor. The almond flakes and the sugar powder on top add more textures while are not too much to disrupt the taste and the aroma of the puff pastry itself. Nevertheless, most pastries sold in this store are cold. They have very few places for people to sit down
Visited this place right at opening time, and their croissant surpassed the one I tried at a famous bakery in Paris. I indulged in a selection of baked goods, almost spending $80 on croissants and macaroons, and I have no regrets.
Some of the butteriest croissants I have ever had. 5 minute walk from the hotel. The only drawback was the the line to get in, but it was by far the best option at 7:30 am in Pikes Place.
