Baan Thai is a small restaurant located in a small strip mall in Seaside. Customer service is friendly and service was attentive. The food was good and the portions are generous. I had the Nam Prik Ong and curry with chicken and rice. I was very impressed that they had Nam Prik Ong because most of the Thai restaurants in the area do not serve this delicious dish. The restaurant does get noisy but the food is good and customer service was outstanding and very friendly. Nice to know that Seaside has to good place for Thai food. Parking can be difficult because the parking lot is shared with many businesses.

My father and I have been dining at this establishment for over 3 years it's really great Thai food located in Seaside California Monterey Peninsula. It's accessible for wheelchairs, children and people that are vegetarians as well you can change up whatever you're ordering to how you like without a problem and the waitresses are super nice and understanding plus the owner is a sweetheart. I regularly go in getting something that I regularly have the beef soup with noodles but today I decided to change it up trying an a dish that was featured on the wall as a photo eggplant with chicken stir fry oh my God it was so good we'll be ordering it again.

Nice staff, good food, decent portion, pretty quick. Would prefer if all the beef isn’t cooked so tough, but will be a good option in the area if u r looking for decent Asian food.

I think this is quite possibly the best Thai food I’ve ever had, which I find really upsetting because I’m not from here and don’t know when I will be back. We got the tofu salad, and the massaman and pumpkin curries. Everything was really good. The curries were delicious, and the level 2 spice level gave it good flavor but not too much heat so if you like it really hot, definitely go above that. The tofu salad was good and really refreshing, though the peanut dressing was a bit different from what I was expecting. All in all, I have a feeling you can’t go wrong with anything on the menu here.

This is hands down the best Thai food on the peninsula. Every time I think it can't get any better, I try a new dish that manages to outdo the 10/10 dish that came before it. The women running the business are so friendly and they remember you by name (and order) if you're a frequent guest. The prices are entirely reasonable. They could charge double and I'd still keep coming. You can't beat the value of this place or the quality of service!!

Excellent place for Thai foods. Staffs were friendly and foods were well seasoned. The food's temperature was also perfect. We were so lucky to find this restaurant during our trip. Highly recommended.

My boyfriend and I loved the food & service here. I got the red curry with tofu (spice level 4), and he got the chicken pad thai (spice level 3). The waitress checked in on us multiple times and was friendly! I recommend 100%

Excellent Thai food in Monterey! The potstickers were perfect (potstickers wrappers were chewy and filling was delicious). The spicy noodle and pineapple fried rice were also great. Portion sizes are massive. One dish is definitely shareable between two people. I love that you can choose the level of spice you want for each dish (1 to 5. 5 being the spiciest). I got a 3 and it gave the dish a good kick. If you really want to feel the spice, I would recommend getting a 4 or 5. The mango and sticky rice was my favorite part. The sticky rice was warm and the mango melted in your mouth. The service was also so kind! If you are ever in the area, check this place out!!!

The best Thai food in California I had so far! The portions are huge so you can easily share each dish for 2 people. The taste are very close to authentic thai food. Also I like the set of spices and sauces they serve with food. Gave me that feeling of the real Thai street food restaurant! Good service as a bonus!

Great stuff! And good prices. My wife is from Thailand and says this place is legit. They gave me a lot of broccoli too.
