Genevieve’s Restaurant is one of the better restaurants to dine at in Seaside. It’s BYOB, with an Italian Inspired menu. The menu changes every season. I had the creamy cauliflower and apple soup for an appetizer that was absolutely delicious! It was beautifully presented and a very generous portion! For my entree I had the butternut tortalacci in a Gorgonzola cream sauce that came with Brussels sprouts and pistachios which was excellent! I was looking forward to dessert after my wonderful meal here, but I was surprised to find out desserts are not house made here. They put so much thought in their dishes that I thought for sure desserts would be house made. I ended up ordering a Junior’s cheesecake, and they topped it with raspberry sauce which was good. The only reason for me rating it 4 stars instead of 5 is because desserts aren’t house made. House made desserts would give this restaurant a nice finishing touch. Even if they made a brownie topped with ice cream, a chocolate chip cookie in a skillet, and a carrot cake. I think customers would really enjoy it, and their simple to make. I’m looking forward to dining here again , and trying something off their winter 2020 menu! I highly recommend dining at Genevieve’s in Seaside!

Dined there for the first time last night. Had a great dinner on every level. Service, atmosphere, and the food were all excellent. The chef owner made a point of coming to the table to introducer herself and welcomed us on our first visit. That to me says a lot about how professional the restaurant is operated. We will be repeat customers for sure!

Great place to eat. This place had been recommended to us several times. You need a reservation even in off season. They use open table which helps. Seasonal changing menu. Everything we had was delicious. Filet with crab meat was very good. Lots of crab. We had Shrimp harrissa and PEI mussels both were tasty.

Today I had the pleasure of dining at Genevieve’s also known as G , and I was extremely pleased. Very quaint , intimate place . The music fit the mood . The seats were comfortable and the staff was friendly and the server was very knowledgeable about the menu. I had the arugula to start, I added fresh black pepper, the dressing was just perfect, the salad overall was refreshing. I had the ribeye ( medium), and the chocolate mousse cake for dessert . The food was amazing and I would recommend grabbing dinner with loved ones at Genevieve’s . Helpful tip: make sure to make a reservation, it gets booked really quick . It was my first time visiting seaside heights and I look forward to dining here again when I come back .

A diamond amongst cheese steaks and pizza. The food leans Italian, the atmosphere is relaxed. The food, amazing. Fresh and homemade. Those who remember Capricio's in South Seaside will appreciate G's. The service was excellent. This was our first time but definitely not the last. The only downside was we haven't been here before.

Fantastic experience over Labor Day Weekend at Genevieve’s. We were a large party and brought a lot of our own alcoholic beverages with us. They had no issues uncorking things and helping with mixers and ice. The food was delicious and everyone in our group loved everything we ordered. We had the shrimp, antipasto, and buratta appetizers and followed that up with a few seared tuna specials, gnocchi’s, and chicken specials. Everything was perfectly cooked and had great flavor. The dessert was also fantastic too. Will definitely be back, service was also great. Really happy to have another restaurant of this caliber in Seaside.

What an absolute gem this place is! Seaside Heights is not home to many classy establishments, so this restaurant really shone. This is just a fantastic date spot. Great ambiance/lighting, fantastic food, pretty reasonable prices, breezy service, and BYOB. They are NOT closed on Sundays, as Google says! We made a reservation on Open Table and almost didn't show up because Google lists their hours incorrectly. Such a charming place, thanks for a great evening!

Went there tonight for the first time with friends. We were seated immediately. Wait staff were very friendly and personable. Wonderful restaurant, not too noisy and the food was amazing and the portions weren't too big. I had the grilled romaine as my starter and the salmon and curry for my entree. Excellent!!! Definitely will be back when in the area again.
