I have been to enjoy my morning tea, located in the corner with the best service and not crowded at all, Clean and serving the best jasmine tea with a litter bit of vanilla powder is simply amazing.
I'll go back again soon.
Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf's cozy coffee shop in the nice neighborhood of Seal Beach close to the beach. This coffee shop is perfect for grab and go, otherwise inside seating is sparse, additional space with a couple of tables outside in front of the shop. The downside, there's is a parking place right
Small coffee shop with a lot of drink choices for coffee and tea. Quick and friendly service, some indoor seating. Reasonable pricing

I wasn't sure at first, very colloquial, chatty, took their time. But the peach cobbler tea is awesome, the coffee was great too.
Better than Starbucks, new favorite coffee spot. I went when they had a lot of orders and my iced coffee always tasted too milky at Starbucks. I took a sip and WOAH! Amazing! They did not disappoint.

Coffee better than Starbucks !....nice staff in Seal Beach. Might be nicer if silly young people behind counter would stop wearing a mask...stop the charade. Utterly ridiculous.
Went on Saturday night after a day at the beach.š Had a Dark Chocolate Latte my Fav!!! and a Banana Nut Loaf YUM!!!! Also an Iced Swedish Berry, It was Amazing!!! The staff are really nice also!!! Thanks So Much!!!šš»ā¤ļøš¤š»

Review for September 2019. Stop by to get some coffee at this Bean & tea Leaf. The service was good in the iced coffee was better. It's about 5 minutes walking distance from Seal Beach. Coffee drinks always good. Sandwiches and snacks to eat at the beach. Baristas are very nice. So many coffee places to choose from, but this is one of the best.
