Domino's Pizza

Been ordering from here for nearly a year since I moved into my new house. Food was ALWAYS great! Unfortunately, the last time I ordered, not so much. The pizza was disgusting and tasted like overcooked cardboard. My seven year old took a bite and wouldn't take another after that. I tried it thinking maybe it just looked bad, but no it was terrible. Then we sit down to eat our bread bowls and my husband ate a bite or two and then preceded to pull a long hair right out of the sauce. I ended up throwing $40 worth of food in the garbage after that. I never call and complain, but our friend who we had over for dinner called. Instead of apologizing for the hair, the worker said "Well everyone here is bald so that's funny". He was insinuating we were lying about the hair! Very insulting! I would NEVER make up something like that! I watched my husband pull it right out of his Alfredo sauce! We didn't even bother complaining about the disgusting cardboard pizza, only the hair! Then when the guy delivered a new bread bowl, he immediately made the comment about everyone being bald again, instead of just apologizing. Anyway I will never be ordering again! That's for sure!

Horrible experience, placed an order and everything seemed fine until I received a call that my order had arrived but it was to a wrong address the rudeness that followed was unbecoming in the most unprofessional manner possible by the delivery driver that basically told me it was my problem because I called the wrong store and basically had to deal with it. And upon calling the store directly the feedback only got worse again stating that it was my fault because I called the wrong dominoes to place the order that went to an address we never heard of before . None of i which was explained when we called and placed the order and paid for with card to which the address that they would not service was requested several times And then being told there was nothing to do except to wait for the refund which could take up to 2 days to return. And to call the right dominoes and place the order again before being hung up on in the most abrupt manner. I'm just discouraged and hope no one else has to deal with such behavior in the future.

No longer ordering from domino’s. Every time I get my food there’s always something wrong. Sauce in missing. Wrong toppings. Chicken instead of bread twist. Missing drinks. Something is always wrong with the order. I understand that it gets busy, but it would be nice if the staff would take the time to double check the order to make sure everything is there.
