First off, the place is incredibly accommodating to diet restrictions. Even the menu is labeled on what is gluten-free, vegan and vegetarian. The lamb was incredible, the Flatbread pizza amazing and the portions were gigantic for the minimal price. The best part was the hunking slab of Greek man that greeted me at the door, just overall incredible!

I am so displeased I waited so long to try this place! The food was delicious, the staff attentive (even during a First Friday evening rush), and the vibe was excellent. A bit expensive but everything is high-quality. I will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing food. Staying overnight in Scranton and found them near our hotel. Very friendly, Covid friendly options, and loved everything we ordered. Look forward to being in Scranton again to try more.

I love the Garden so much! It's the cutest spot and everyone who works there is so sweet, they will answer any questions you have and give great reccomendations if you want to know what to do in town. I always make sure to stop by when I'm in Scranton. If you go, you have to get the cheese flatbread, grape leaves, and chicken over rice! You will not regret it.

Unassuming exterior with nicely done restaurant. Quaint place with friendly staff, family owned and good food with quick service. I had the lamb sausage (all food is halal), finished it off with ghirardelli dark chocolate and nutella baklava (not overly sweet) and Turkish tea... tea was a bit diluted but had good traditional taste. I had to add salt to the food but I def like my salt... I will def be back.

I really enjoy this place it has great food and kind people. However I am going to point out that they need to update their listing to note that due to COVID, they are only open for take out. Online listing mentions dine-in.

Trying to hit up some places in Scranton, so we gave this a shot. I'll start with the pros... It has a real Mediterranean atmosphere, with pretty cool artwork on the walls. A clean and simple place with bright colored walls and nice white tables. You can smell amazing smells as you walk in. Huge shout out to our server who was super energetic, helpful, and observant... Didn't catch his name though. Anyway, we ordered Vinto to drink (current and mixed berry drink) which was very refreshing. It was not very sweet, just a little, but perfect for a warm day. We ordered the pita gyros, which were delicious. Cons: First, it was a little warm in the place. They set up a portable AC unit at the very end of our visit which helped. Next, the manager came over and I asked what was in the gyro. She pronounced it wrong, which killed the vibe a little bit. She said it had lamb mixed with beef, so it isn't pure lamb. I asked if it had any veggies in it, she said no. But it did. Anyway, it was delicious! They forgot to charge us for our drinks, so it was a pretty cheap meal!

The food and service are 5 stars. Kind of a mix between diner atmosphere and restaurant. There is some outside seating. If you are lucky enough to be here when slow roasted leg of lamb is on the specials menu you will not be disappointed. Also had the garden platter which is half lamb gyro half chicken schwarma. Out of this world good. Good portion size that will end up being 2 meals. Easy choice to go again.
