Minooka bakery is simply the best! � We always purchase are gluten-free cakes for our daughter here! Simply the best! This weekend they made a beautiful gender reveal cake for her and it was beautiful and well worth every penny! Everyone loved it and said, you can't even tell the difference.... Gluten free 100% and friendly, I have celiac disease and never had an issue here. Even made me two custom gluten free cakes without question. Great place!!!
Minooka Bakery is the only bakery that has the best Apple Cream Pie around. Not to mention their Annise cookies. Everything there is truly delicious.
Working with Minooka Pastry Shop for our wedding day was an absolute joy. They took our idea and turned it into a beautiful masterpiece. The cake not only looked beautiful, but the lemon/vanilla combo with a raspberry filling was delicious! We could not have been happier with their work!

All of their baked goods are absolutely delicious. I especially love the thumbprint cookies. I wish they had a shop in the Wilkes-Barre area but it is definitely worth the short trip to go there

Minooka made our wedding cake and not only did it look absolutely beautiful but it tasted great too! We had a strawberry cake with buttercream icing and it was awesome. They were incredibly easy to work with!

Nice selection of delicious baked goods. Get there early on weekends and holidays as they have a large customer base and may run out of their most popular items by the end of the day. You can also call ahead to place your order.
