Employees here work at a snails pace and lack professionalism towards it's customers. The hostess will not greet you. She looks miserable and depressed being there. A couple asked the hostess how long to be seated, she replied "I don't know, it's going to be a bit" 😬 You can be waiting up to 30 minutes to be seated. My guest and I ordered chicken burritos which took 25 minutes to reach our table 😑 Good thing they provide a free basket of tortilla chips or I would of been hangry. The burritos were good but nothing memorable. I won't be coming back.

My friend and I drove to this restaurant from Binghamton(1 hr drive) just to be disappointed. We were super excited to have some good authentic Mexican food but this was nothing close to being authentic or good. The when I received my tortilla soup I was shocked. It had sour cream and avocados in it. I have never seen that in my life it the soup was watered down as you can see in the photo it did not look appetizing AT ALL. And my main dish wasn’t good either I got the Texas fajita which consists of chicken, steak and shrimp. It was so dry and tasteless. I was super disappointed and walked out with my craving unsatisfied unfortunately. Will not be returning ever again.

Sorry, wrong pictures. This restaurant got this rating because I wasn’t originally going to do a review like I do when I go to different restaurants. So after 20 minutes of waiting for a draft beer in a restaurant with 5 tables taken in the whole restaurant already eating dinner. The bar teller was a young kid who was too busy talking to two females in a unprofessional manner, attempted making a margarita for another customer and comically dumped it on himself when shaking it in the mixing cups!! So after 20 minutes I finally got a beer. Went to take my order and wasn’t prepared. He forgot pen and paper so after another 5 minutes he came back with a pen and paper, took my order. The meal looked good but not as good as the third picture. I got that In North Carolina, my favorite restaurant as a truck driver on the East Coast. Ohhh!!! I done this review to warn everyone!!!! I got sick the next day!!! Still sick!!! Throwing up and you probably get it !!! Don’t eat here!!! Or you could be sick like me on my day off!!! As you see the third photo has different tables!!! Don’t eat here!!! The bar host will tell you he lived in Tokyo!!! Is professional drift car driver!! He jumps out of planes ✈️ !!! Watch him around females he is not professional. Gives the business a bad review. And the food!!! If you travel add me on google maps because I found some excellent restaurants with great hospitality. And the restraints that need help. Poor management etc I say it well. I can’t believe the females in this restaurant because the bartender dumped the margarita all over himself, face, shirt,floor.. but that didn’t phase them. Didn’t clean it off himself. Do you know how sticky the mixture is !!! Have you ever spilt a margarita? You better clean it up asap !!! I bet the floor is still sticky!!! They probably have bugs behind doors !!! This restaurant needs a reality check!!! Wish I knew someone. I hate dirty restaurants. And poor management. I bet even if they cleaned it tomorrow it’s not OSHA approved

This is such a beautiful and friendly place. I’ve only eaten here a handful of times but it has always been pleasant. The wait staff is usually pretty attentive and very friendly. Obviously sometimes when it’s busy they don’t get to you right away but I’ve never waited more than five minutes. The food has always been outstanding and fresh. Piping hot. Too hot to eat sometimes. If you’re in the area, I definitely recommend a dinner stop here.

1st time visit. Decor was really bright and cheery and placed seemed clean. It was busy had to wait about 15min to be seated. They serve chips and salsa while you wait which was nice. The food was really good, I had simpatia with chicken and highly recommend. Main issue was server was friendly but extremely slow and not attentive. I will return hoping for a different server.

After driving all day on a road trip we decided to stop at this place for a bite to eat. We were starving and absolutely love our Mexican food. We were not greeted at the door but decided to sit at the bar where out the corner of my eye I see the bartender roll her eyes. We waited several minutes to be greeted, sitting at a spot that was left with dirty dishes and glassware. The bartender said "I will be with you in a few minutes", she was absolutely miserable and we received no smiles from any of the staff. We decided to just order margaritas, one of our favorites because we love tequila. It was bright green and was made of straight sour mix out of a jug, it was disgusting. We paid and left extremely disappointed. We are celebrating our anniversary and adore Mexican food and it quickly went from happy and excited to disappointed and frustrated by the time we left.
