I stayed at The Scott Resort for 2 nights and let me tell you it is one of the nicest resorts I have ever stayed in. The aesthetic is immaculate, beautifully decorated from the lobby to the bathrooms. The hotel rooms themselves are luxurious with each bedroom having a balcony or patio. The pools are very clean and there is ample seating around the pool. Towels are provided at the poolside and you are able to order food and drinks poolside. EVERY staff member that I encountered was sweet and said hello to me. From the bartender in the lobby to the bartenders out by the pool and even the maintenance people. ALL were friendly I was so impressed!! One actually brought me my tacos poolside so that they didn’t get cold, very thoughtful. Not to mention that the food is DELICIOUS and reasonably priced. I had breakfast twice in the dining area and the French toast was incredible. Bikes are provided at the front and I enjoyed a leisurely bike ride one day. There is also a complimentary shuttle that takes you into downtown. I will definitely be back this resort was amazing!!

The resort is absolutely gorgeous. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the pools/fires and lounge. The ambience and vibe are old school Havana with a the turn on the century modern.
The bartenders at the bar, Eric and Sierra were incredibly friendly and attentive. All the interactions with the front desk were friendly and accommodating.

TOP NOTCH team and property! I couldn't recommend this property and the team that comes with it more. They are all true professionals and detail oriented. I am an event/conference planner and we hosted 3 executive forums here for our customers. They made sure our customers were taken care of and made sure every detail we planned for was executed flawlessly. The property itself is gorgeous. The spa is incredible. And the catering/food is delicious! Highly recommend!

Beautiful resort. The entire space is on brand and filled with all the instagram moments you could ask for. Staff was wonderful and room upgrades were thoughtful. Loved the pools with plenty of space for groups.

Restaurant and bar staff were also great and the AV/tech team that supported our meeting was prompt and kind. Finally, the catering was as delicious as it was beautiful!

The Scott rooms are great very comfortable beds , mini bar items, plush towels and bathrobes .. we had a courtyard room that could get us directly over to the pool area. Double doors open up to a cute little patio with wicker furniture ..only downfall that any of us found with the room is that it has a slotted shutter door on the bathroom so there’s no privacy as far as sound is concerned….
The grounds of the hotel are extremely lush. The pool area is filled with lounge, chairs, lots of umbrellas and big huge trees for shade. The lobby is filled with live green plants, lots of fun seating areas, live music, DJ music , fun movies on Friday nights the entire atmosphere is Instagram worthy and makes you feel like you are definitely on a relaxing resort getaway .. they have a complementary shuttle within a 3 mile radius of the hotel which made our nights out easy transportation…
8 am every morning they offer complementary yoga outside on the lawn we enjoyed taking part in that relaxing activity..

This place is absolutely amazing. Wife insisted on bringing me here since she lives it so much. It did not disappoint. Service was perfect, spa was exactly what we each needed. We will be coming back, no questions asked.

I am a wedding planner from Vancouver, Canada and planned my first wedding here Oct 7th, 2023. We had such an incredible experience. I was so nervous coming from out of country, but Barbara and the team held our hand every step of the way to ensure we were taken care of. Communication was clear and fast. Every single person we encountered was incredible and went above and beyond. The grounds crew, the servers, the bartenders, the AV guys, everyone was top notch. If you are planning a wedding here ask for Barbara :) Also big shout out to Jim who managed the catering side of things on the day-- he was incredible too! We had a fantastic experience here and my client had the best day of their lives!

Had a great stay this week for a work visit. Very convenient location, walkable to nearby shops and restaurants. The lobby and bar/restaurant are great, rooms are quite spacious, clean, and quiet. Parking on site was an added plus. Gym could use a major update and the pools are great but could be fixed up to elevate to lobby and rooms finishes. Front desk staff is very helpful and friendly. Will be back!

What a great lobby, bar and pool area! Original cocktails that are delicious! Bar service and people are awesome!!! Matt was the bartender, and tons of complex drinks were just rolling through like clockwork. Best casual lobby bar I know of.

This property is located near all the shopping centers and there is much to do in a very close proximity. The property very clean and has a classic feel to it. The staff were very helpful. Clearly customer service is a high priority. This was evident from staff working in various job functions.

Loved the charm of this resort. Location was ideal for access to Old Town Scottsdale. Staff is friendly and rooms are designed with a dated styling appeal. Pool was nice with bar tender. Food was sub-par inside the restaurant. Shuttle was a very nice touch and used frequently.

The rooms were spacious, well-appointed and very clean. Mattresses on the beds were excellent. The patio and garden area around the pool is beautiful. The bar has very well trained staff, delicious drinks.
