I've always loved El Polo Loco and this location was very nice. I was there during the dinner rush but yet I still got my meal very quickly. The food is really good and like that of Chipotle pretty clean for fast food. The bowls are great, salads are good, and my favorite is the two piece combo with their amazing Mac and Cheese. Don't hesitate to give this place a try!

Such good, fresh, fast Mexican food! The kitchen is all open so you can see them cooking everything fresh. The app is awesome and can save you a ton of money on lunch! By far my new favorite lunch spot in this shopping center!!

Great food at a reasonable price. Pretty clean environment. Got the chipotle chicken burrito with chips. It was delicious. The restrooms smelled a little weird but overall I give it 4 stars. I will definitely be coming back

I Love El Pollo Loco especially the Scottsdale & Shea location. The food is always fresh and they never have a problem filling my special order. The manager Bob and Sandy are so friendly and always make me feel so welcome. See you soon!

Can't go wrong with some El Pollo Loco. We like the crazy chicken better than Chipotle or Baja Fresh. The food is always fresh and light. I've never had it hurt my stomach. I like how every location is consistent with quality, cleanliness, and custom service.

Food was undercooked or seem like it was dry and outdated. Not what I expected from El Pollo Loco. the service was great. The cashier was very friendly and I'm all about customer service so that's why I give this a 4-star if the food was good I would give it a 5

Great new restaurant in the area. Very happy that it replaced the Arby's that was here. Very good food, pretty quick for fresh made food. You can see the food being prepared. Just great, if you like crunch wrap supremes get the stuff quesadilla.

OMG! Best chicken ever!!! Bonus, it’s healthy, no added breading , slow roasted and taste like my mom used to make. Where has this been all my life! They are all over the valley and I look for them now. Delish!

Good food, staff very nice always make sure your completely satisfied before you leave food is very good lots of choices. Love the whole chickens being cooked right in front.
