I was able to get help right away regarding my credit card issue. This was so easy and helpful. Great place to hang out too. Coffee, food, a place to plug in, ATM, clean table and soft music so it is easy to work here. Great experience all around.
Update...Lisa was so helpful assisting me in opening a new 360 checking account. She went over all of the perks and how to use it. I highly recommend this account and like me if you feel better making any adjustments to your account, go to a Cafe to get all the assistance you need. This is the only Capital One Cafe in Phoenix. I was looking for a place to wire transfer and was lucky that they are open all day on Saturday.

I just want to give a shout-out to an employee here, I didn’t catch his name (tall & dark hair) but I had the best encounter with him today! I was there for a meeting and he went above and beyond, went completely out of the way to ensure I made my meeting on time and even hyped me up for it. Truly amazed by this kind man! I appreciated his help so much.
First time visitor to the capital one cafe. I was there to make a deposit into atm and having some issues with machine. Adrian at the cafe asked if he could be of help? Then showed me the inside of the cafe where more machines were located and a tour of the cafe. Very impressive. He also offered me a drink on the house because of the issue I had with atm. Love this Cafe. The staff at the cafe and the employees who are there to answer any questions and help have amazing customer service. I have been coming here nearly every day and witness incredible customer care. Yesterday I was notified that my Capitol One card was compromised and therefore could not use it until a new card came and they were disputing like ten fraudulent charges. I still came and used another card. The Barista asked me (as I am a regular) "Not using your capitol one?" I replied "No it has been compromised and I am waiting for my new card to arrive." I did not care that I did not get a 50% discount off the coffee as it is GOOD coffee and food. The banker who works here overheard the conversation and approached me and gave me a free coffee card and apologized regarding my situation. He did not have to do that but he did. Excellent customer service.
I am a new customer and I had many questions about my card. I didn't know that Capital One had this bank/café concept and it's incredible! Adrian solved all my doubts and showed me all the benefits of my account. The best service he has had in a long time in a bank from an executive. The coffee, the food and the baristas are amazing.
