Great buying experience. Tracy was very helpful with advice and references. We decided to get the Napoleon grill, and I'm glad we did. The lighting is cool. The temp is consistent. The size is wonderful.
Tracy's installer, Corey was great to deal with. He built the new island in no time. He is an expert with natural gas install and even put in our cooktop.
Nicho, the granite installer was fantastic too. Him and his team made it look so easy to cut the hole for the grill and cook top.
Everyone was so friendly and professional. Work was done when promised. Even the parts that looked like it would take a long time to get were in right away. Tracy kept in touch with Corey so he knew the status as well. We highly recommend Tracy and her team.

This is my first time to have grill to my family and everyone is happy when we got it.The gentleman owner is a nice and helped me to chose which one is the best. Weber grill is amazing, cool,and enjoy.
I purchased a Napoleon grill from here this past summer, and I am still thinking about how great the customer service was. Dave, owner & employee answered all my questions and was not the typical pushy salesman. All my questions were answered, and I was ultimately given a great deal too! Worth the visit and worth the drive if you live further away. Awesome business and awesome management!
Was expecting the process to be more painful for replacing an old grill. Fortunately, Traci knew right away which new grills would easily replace my old grill. She worked with me to get all the accessories I wanted and installation at a reasonable price. Curtis quickly installed it and gave me some pointers and now I'm ready to grill!
This place is the most amazing store I've ever shopped at!! The owners know there products from head to toe. I never knew there's so many differently made grills, some made much cheaper than others. I fell in love with the BIG GREEN EGG of course!! Why didn't I have one of these years ago?? This family owned business is top notch, I never had any issues. Tracy definitely goes above and beyond for all customers which is exactly why I will be returning for all my accessories and my new Mini Max for camping!!

I recently moved into a new home and I love to cook. So I did my homework before selecting the grill I wanted for my backyard. I wanted an Napoleon Grill and Best Barbecues & Islands carried that brand.
Tracy knew everything about the gills' features and helped me make my selection. To make things even better, she had one in stock, so I didn't have to wait long before I could start cooking.
My Napoleon Prestige Pro 500 was delivered, and assembled in 3 days. And I was entertaining guests by the weekend. There were no hiccups or delays. My grill was ready to go before I was ready to cook on it.
I truly love my new Napoleon Grill and the service I received at BB&I.

A very friendly establishment. They had patience while I saved the money for the smoker I wanted. They are very helpful and it is a small family owned store. They know their BBQs and offer advice for your situation. Very happy to give them business instead of the big box retailers with no customer service. 👍
I feel like a kid the day before Christmas, just picked up my new Weber e6 Kamado, they did a fantastic job putting it together for me, family operated and they have lots of great customer service. First night will Prime Steak Filet from Costco, rumor has they come from Rambling River Farm MO. Delicious
