I’ve always liked Red Robin but this is my favorite location in Scottsdale. It’s clean and never crazy busy. I love the service here- the last time we went our server Andrea was AMAZING, super friendly and very quick with the food. She was super on top of everything, refills and all. The food was decent- a little cold but decent for a fast food place😜Will definitely be back
One of the best Red Robin restaurants we’ve stopped by. The food was delicious as always, but the service was top notch. We were shocked at how quickly everything moved. The staff were super helpful, and on point.
Went there a few days ago. Our waiter Armando was superb. I mean a real class act guy. Constantly checking in with us, making sure everything was all good for us. Food was food lol. I mean is it any better than another burger place, no not really. But the service was definitely welcomed and appreciated. Shakes were good too.
We are 43 year fans of Red Robin and have visited at least 30 different locations -- this location is one of the best. Our waiter provided excellent service and our burgers tasted great! We had the guacamole burger and the banzai - both patties were juicy & flavorful and they didn't skimp on the toppings/sauces. Food quality at some Red Robins seems to have declined some in the last few years, but NOT at this location! We were only in Phoenix for a few days, so glad that we had dinner here one night :-). If we lived in Phoenix this would be our Red Robin of choice.
Good food, nice staff. They forgot my son's pizza. I let them know they got it asap & took it off our bill for the inconvenience. I didn't even ask. That was Awesome of them. Also, I am in a wheelchair. This place is very accessible
This Red Robin was 2 miles from my hotel and I was surrounded by lots of other great restaurants but, I was looking for a predictable meal and good service. If you are this part of Scottsdale, Red Robin is a great choice. I had the Fish & Chips. They were perfectly deep fried and the fries and cold slaw were also very good. Definitely recommend this place in a sea of mediocre restaurants.
Red Robin is good and consistent. My only problem with this location is the service. It is either great service or horrible service. That is why I gave service 3 stars
Since there are bottomless fries, it is a nice place to watch a game and nibble on fries
Not crowded fairly clean friendly host. Food was good . Received 2 extra baskets of bottomless fries. Never got a refill tho.
I absolutely adore the vibe in this place—it's perfect for my family to chill out while enjoying our favorite burgers and drinks. The staff is seriously awesome, always keeping an eye out to make sure we have everything we need. Our waiter, Jarett, and the manager, Jose, went above and beyond to give us incredible service, treating us like family and happily answering all our menu-related questions.
I hadn't been to Red Robin in years. But we decided to go because we were craving burgers. I had a Mai Tai that was delicious. And we both got the master cheese burger with steak fries. The burger was delicious but the steak fries seemed old and didn't taste very good. Our server was very nice and was checking on us regularly. I guess overall it was a good experience. Next time we go we're skipping the steak fries and choosing a different side.
