I was in the mall and smelled it. Dang they had me. I went in and got a regular fry (which is the amount of about 3 McDs large fries) Always fresh and hot. I'll just say I put a big dent in the supply before I got home...

We were there for dinner. Order intake guy was courteous and helpful. Order was ready fairly fast and hamburgers and fries cooked nice and, as usual, good ingredients. Although, it was late, 8 p.m., place needs to be kept up. There was trash on floor, soda spills and dirty tables. Nice place, good service, good food, but cleanliness needs to improve.

been achieving (?) my bucket list: shake shack, in-n-out, and five guys. i would say the burger was moderate, but their potato chips are amazing. i think its the best out of other two. from my personal point of view: BURGERWISE, patty from in-n-out is better. BUNWISE, bun from shake shake is better tho. Ah! sandwich from five guys was good too!

If you've been to one 5 guys, you've almost been to them all. Almost always excellent burgers, amazingly fresh buns, boardwalk style fries. Every once in a while the fries won't be quite mashed consistency inside, but even then they're usually great.

Came to this location at Fashion Square Mall in Scottsdale Az. Kenny (manager) made sure to go above and beyond with handling my concern as did Marcus. Both employees were willing to help and correct a minor issue but did so in a quick fashion without making it an issue. These 2 are great employees and I appreciate their help.

We were shopping at this amazing mall and I decided I needed a drink. Walked the line of food places and settled on 5 Guys for their awesome “freestyle” soft drink options. Guy came up to the register to take my order and I said, “large drink only, please.” And he said, “here, you can have it”, and handed me a cup. Not sure why he did it, but it seriously made my day! 5 Guys customer for life!

Legendary fries, free toppings, and pretty decent burgers! What's not to love! Most locations have the space-age soda fountain that lets you select and mix custom flavors. Good choice for a night out with friends, after the big game, or on your way to the movies!
