Close to two years ago now, Ella from Classic Cakes and Confections made our wedding cake. Both my husband and I loved the cake! It's was delicious and she does beautiful work! All of our guest who tried our wedding cake could not get enough of it. She's great to work with and we appreciated her professionalism towards her craft! We've now started a tradition to go back every anniversary to have our top tier recreated. I recommend her to everyone. She's LGBT friendly too, which was very appreciated!

Highly recommend Ella with Classic Cakes and Confections! We ordered a cake for my sister’s birthday. I just gave her an idea of what we were looking for. She completely exceeded our expectations. We ordered the best cupcakes for my grandson's first Birthday party from Classic Cakes! The children loved the whimsical snowmen themed mini cakes and so did the adults. I definitely would recommend trying for your next party or event.

Ella is INCREDIBLE. She is very sweet, easy to work with and most importantly, knows how to bake the most delicious wedding cake. We had to pick two flavors of cake because we just couldn't decide there were so many options. Our wedding was 6 months ago and our guests are still raving about our cake. Classic Cakes is the cutest little bakery/cafe in Old Town. Their Red Velvet Twinkies are absolutely dreamy and my favorite thing they make. The customer service has always been impeccable every time I visit the shop, which is quite often. They have the sweetest girl-Devon-working the front-end and I recently learned she is on the spectrum which makes me love the shop even more for employing individuals with these uniquely special characteristics. It shows the shop has a real heart and cares deeply for the people they employ as well as the delicious products they provide. I will forever recommend this shop to anyone I know. If you're ever in the area I highly recommend you stop in and order the red velvet twinkie, or really anything, I promise you won't regret it!

The cakes are not only beautiful but delicious ,the banana bread is such a big hit with me that I brought it back to Ireland for my 93 year old mom to try .She was amazed by the taste and now wants me to go home more often hmm I believe it is because of the banana bread.The owners Elle and Neil are wonderful and passionate about their work they really care that their customers are happy. Keep up the good work classic cakes! I will be back for more.

I absolutely love this bakery!!! My mom and I get a gelato weekly. The gelato is made in house so it is always fresh and delicious :) the brownies are rich and always wonderful. The staff is generous with the serving sizes of their goodies. Every time we go in we are greeted with the warmest smiles. Devon is such a gem!!! We go in just to say hello... we are truly blessed to have such a delicious place in Scottsdale!!

Classic Cakes and Confections designed my moms 60th Birthday cake. The cake was DELICIOUS! It was so beautiful and exactly like it was described it to me. My mom loved it and she also thought it was very delicious. All the guests were very impressed with the cake as well. Thank you so much!!!
