I got a venti double chocolate chip frappuccino with oat milk and no whipped cream and they supplied what I asked for.
I felt a feeling of patience and kindness from the people that took my order and I appreciate it a lot. They made sure they got my order correct and I appreciate their kindness.
Plus, I love how late they close. I wasn’t having the best day and wanted to treat myself and they were one of the only starbucks locations open.
It did take a little bit to receive my drink but I don’t mind a wait. The location is inside the mall so I do wish it was possible to have the restaurant with an outdoor entrance but other than that, no complaints <3

I sometimes come here during my lunch breaks and I have always been satisfied with the service. I'm not sure what anyone expects as it is the holidays and there is gonna be a high volume of orders as well as a longer wait time. That is something to keep in mind before ordering, so please be considerate, kind, and thank your starbucks workers. I give them credit because they are constantly working hard and they all deserve a raise.

Great service. I had a problem a few days earlier at a different Starbucks (charged for extra drink we did not order). She, without hesitation, said I will take care of it and she gave me the drink we were charged for but did not receive. That is taking ownership. Great job. This was at the Scottsdale Rd/McKellips Starbucks location around 2:30pm on Dec. 1, 2018. Thanks Starbucks! And thanks for empowering your staff to turn a negative experience into a positive one.

The staff are always very pleasant and they take care of you! It's a small location but perfect for stopping in and grabbing a coffee while shopping or after eating at the Wonder Yard House not 500 feet away. Never been to a better Starbucks!

We love this Starbucks! They are located in kind of a weird spot but he valet parking but that’s okay! And there is no inside seating but plenty of tables outside to sit so it’s so biggie. The weather is always nice and it’s fun to watch the people. The drinks are always great and the staff is very friendly and they are always fast at getting the drinks out.

The guy & the lady were really nice and friendly on the evening of November 10th at 8 pm. Thank you for making our delicious drinks. Love me some Peppermint Mocha! Also thanks to the gentleman for asking us, if we wanted something for our little guy "our baby". So thoughful! Excellent service.
