Made a super easy dinner reservation online for my family and I to celebrate my birthday and everything was fantastic. Our chef was hilarious, super talented and kept us laughing the entire time. The food was cooked to perfection and we were super impressed with his skills. We also ordered the friends with benefits and Las Vegas roll to start with and they were delicious. Will definitely be back soon!

The service was great! from the time we arrived and all the way through our meal! I live in the West Valley and was looking for a nice place to celebrate my daughter's birthday. A friend recommended Kasai. I ordered the chicken and shrimp, and my daughter ordered the steak and salmon. Everything was cooked to perfection! We had a great night, thanks for making my babygirl's birthday dinner a success!

The cook was awesome, he was very funny and outgoing, and delightful… the food was very juicy, it was flavorful, the texture was good. The portion size sort of sucked, but it was all worth it. Its expensive, so you better have cash to afford to eat here. So I rate this restaurant a 10/10 a 5 star… so yeah… I would definitely recommend this place… customer service was awesome… so yeah lol.

I’ve been wanting to try Kasai for awhile now, and let me tell you it did not disappoint! Amazing fresh sushi 🍣 I got the Sugar Mamma Roll and the Johnny Dynamite which we both delicious with lots of flavor.

We came in for a late dinner at Kasai Scottsdale. And we had such a great dining experience from the food, drinks and staff. I ordered the Kasai's Passion Mango Frozen Cocktail and the Szechuan Beef Udon Yaki. The cocktail I ordered is apparently their number 1 selling drink, and I could see why. The drink was strong and sweet, how I like it. I am such a huge mango fan, so I truly enjoyed the drink. Szechuan Beef Udon Yaki was really tasty. The noodles are on the bigger size, which our waitress told me prior to me ordering it. I made my dish more spicy, and it definitely had the kick I wanted. The dish was really flavorful. The veggies weren't soggy, and the beef was plentiful and tender. Good portion size for the food we ordered.
Our waitress Kobra was amazing. She was really attentive, gave great recommendations, and was such a fun individual. I'll definitely be back to try different dining options!

I visited this restaurant for my good friend's birthday dinner last night. The restaurant itself is absolutely beautiful. We had a pretty large party of about 17 people. We did the teppanyaki and I ordered the bang bang shrimp, chicken gyoza, and scallops. The food was pretty good. The starters were mushroom soup was very flavorful, and house salad with ginger dressing was great also had to make sure there was extra garlic butter for my rice but other than that it was pretty good. I also had a very strong lemon drop martini and one was enough to satisfy me. Our server Jaime was very animated and high-energy, which we loved. I may be back to try some other menu items, especially the sushi.

Had a great time. Our teppan chef, Jaime, was hilarious, our salmon and shrimp was cooked perfectly, hubby said steak was really good too, nothing was overcooked which commonly happens at these types od restaurants. My kids enjoyed Jaime despite being tired from spending all day at the waterpark. The food was tasty, my pineapple icecream was really good, the music was sooo good. We had a good time celebrating my daughter's birthday there.

Phenomenal experience!! First time here for teppanyaki and everything was wonderful from the service to the food. Our server was so sweet and it was probably the best meal we have ever eaten! The filet mignon and scallops melt in your mouth, the "Sunlight" sushi roll was amazing and I'll be dreaming about the pineapple dole whip for days. We can't wait to return!

Definitely hands down one of the nicest hibachi restaurants I’ve ever went to in terms of the decor and ambiance. Our server was patient with our group, the cook was entertaining, and the food was delicious but I wasn’t a fan that they didn’t have traditional yum yum sauce. I also didn’t like that the staff asked if I was there for a special occasion and when I advised I was just coming from my college graduation they never did anything to make me feel celebrated so I wasn’t sure what the point of asking about my celebration was.

It's a gorgeous place and staff is friendly and helpful. However, it was warm inside even before the chefs started cooking. As for the food, while the steak was juicy and soft, it wasn't marinated or seasoned, as other teppanyaki grills we have had before and the veggies were only lightly sauted, carrots were more on the raw side also lacking seasoning and flavor, while it was neat with the addition of peas, I prefer a different veggie combination including broccoli. The rice was flavorful but my boyfriend got the last scoop from the grill and it had a bunch of hard and crunchy parts, not worth the cost for this quality. And their salad dressing texture tastes like it was frozen and defrosted while the soup was pretty much only broth. I think it mostly also depend on the chef you get. Sadly the experience left more to be desired based on previous reviews.

First time, having dinner at Kasai with one of my best friends. We had Humberto that cooked for us and he put such a great show and our food was cooked perfect try the Filet Mignon! Can’t wait to go back!

I would definitely come back at some point! The restaurant is beautiful and we were seated pretty quickly for a walk in. This place is more expensive than most teppanyaki restaurants with the portion size on the below average side. Even though it’s still more than enough food, I just wanted to point that out! The chief did a great job, he was friendly and funny. It was a good experience but it did drag out a bit so plan 1.5-2 hours for the experience.

Everything was amazing….. I made reservations for our date night….. the ambiance, the waitress, even managers were checking on us periodically, the music was of nice variety, the place was filled with guests and we still could sit at our table and enjoy our dining experience and have a wonderful time just eating, talking and having an amazing time. Our reservation was at 7p and we arrived at 6:45 and were seated immediately. We will be back for sure……. Even if I just take out some of that delicious sushi.
