Absolutely delicious. The sliced brisket and the hot links were to die for. The banana pudding has great flavour but needs more banana chunks.
Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - 2 Meat Platter with pulled chicken, sliced brisket, mac and cheese, and beans. Also ordered half a rack of ribs to try a bit of everything. The half a rack came with 7 ribs and was super juicy. The ribs didn't have much taste by itself but the sweet and spicy barbecue sauces
First time visit. Staff was super welcoming and made a few recommendations. Brisket (lean) was tasty as was the mac-n-cheese. Creamy slaw was not bad. If you want to jazz it up ask for 2/3 creamy slaw with 1/3 Carolina slaw, mix, eat.
I'll give it 5 stars but it's not quite the best in the Valley. It's definitely a step up from a place like Dickies, but not the best BBQ ever. Brisket was a little dry, slaw was a little bland. Muffin and pulled pork were pretty good.
