Pure Sushi has an awesome sushi and apps menu with a lot of variety at reasonable prices. We really enjoyed the blood orange mule too! There is a nice outdoor patio area. Service is friendly and the food came quickly, which is amazing for a Saturday night.
We went here during happy hour with family and loved all the rolls we tried, as well as the edamame. The pork gyoza was also delicious. Service was pleasant and quick.
The wait staff all wanted to make sure we were happy and taken care of. Sat at the sushi bar and loved watching the staff prepare the rolls. The ahi tuna and avocado poke appetizer was so good that we ordered it twice. Highly recommend for locals and tourists.
This is my favorite sushi spot. In my opinion, the best in North Scottsdale. Their drink pours are awesome and the sushi is always fresh. Great lunch specials. My favorite is the Sushi and Sashimi lunch. I come at least 1-2 times a month and it is always great.
Overall food was good. I ordered the duck confit steamed buns which were tasty but a little salty. There were supposed to be pickled vegetables with it but it was plain julienned veges.

Pure is an establishment. The happy hour is great but mostly retirees that linger longer. Without exception, every staff member is a super star. It's a great place to stop in before grocery shopping at Fry's. $2 pieces of sushi is a great deal at happy hour and service is quick.
The sushi was very good as was the service. The ambience inside is much better than outside. The booths outside are not comfortable at all. Sit at a table instead. The cocktails were good. The sushi was displayed in a nice manner and was fresh.

First time there as I live out of town. Came with family that lives nearby. They have excellet outdoor seating and the service was excellent. All the fish was very fresh and wonderfully prepared. Highly recommend and can't wait to return.
