Review Eggstasy - Scottsdale

Found the food to be rather nuvo I had the blueberry with some type of lemon sauce on the top that was too sweet to eat. Same with the pumpkin with cheesecake on the top. Way too sweet. The eggs Benedict was tasty, and the BLT was okay.

My wife, 3 adult children, and I had an outstanding breakfast at Eggstacy this morning! They have earned me and my family as repeat customers after the great food and service this morning! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone and everyone!

Great outdoor seating area. Good breakfast place. Server Savine was nice. Omelet was created to my specifications with no problem. Wonderful!

Visited on a Sunday Morning; busy but was able to get seated with hardly any wait. Our waiter, Scott, was friendly, informative and efficient. Our food arrived in a timely manner…three of us all ordered different items; everything was tasty and well presented. My omelette was delicious with plenty of ham and cheddar cheese plus the fruit was served on a skewer, which I found to be a good way for me to eat. I definitely recommend this restaurant…my only drawback is the noise within the restaurant; seems like the walls reflect all the conversations plus music in the background doesn’t help.

Visiting town from Los Angeles for the weekend so we wanted to have a great breakfast before flying home. I have been to many different breakfast and brunch locations throughout Scottsdale and have been to other locations of Eggstasy. Brunch this morning was pretty good although there were some hiccups. Parking is extremely easy as it’s in a shopping center with plenty of available spaces. We arrived at about 10 for breakfast and had to wait about 15 minutes to be seated. They have a very large menu with a lot of options, which is one of my favorite parts of this restaurant chain. Today our server was very polite and did a great job. However, we were a table of three and two of our dishes came out and then the last dish came about 15 minutes after the other two. The third and late dish was just pancakes, so I have no idea what was going on in the kitchen but pretty much everyone at the table was finishing up their meal when the last breakfast arrived. I chose the Crispy Prosciutto Benedict and added avocado. Overall, it was pretty good although the eggs were not poached well as the eggs were not runny, they were more over hard as the yolk did not run at all, and was more like a hard boiled egg. Also, the prosciutto was good although it was overly salty. I am half Italian and I’ve been eating prosciutto my entire life and this was definitely one of the saltier versions I’ve had in a long time. Finally, the hashbrowns are not crispy, they are more like chopped potatoes so in the future I guess I will ask for extra crispy hashbrowns. Overall a pretty good breakfast, but could definitely have been better. I will most likely choose another item to order next time, even though Eggs Benedict is my favorite breakfast dish. However, this version fell a little short so I would recommend the restaurant, but would not recommend ordering the Benedict.

Great place for breakfast and lunch. Unique flavors and great patio. We got Spencer as a server and he was fantastic. Ask for him next time and tell him the Google guy sent you!

5 stars for the service here! Our waiter was Spencer. After asking if there was a non alcoholic mimosa on the menu (there is not) he came back and said he asked the bar tender, who offered to make me an orange juice and sprite combo. Just thought that was so sweet. On top of that, they subbed chicken sausage for avocado for me to ensure I got my moneys worth. Great food, great location, great service.

It's been a few years since I've been over here, and still the experience was very good.I'm not usually a big breakfast eater, but I like eggstasy. It has a young vibe and friendly staff. They have a lot of really nice protein and healthy choices on the menu.I love all the flavors in their sandwiches. Everything tastes fresh, and I loved bringing my left over's home and enjoying them later on. We had an absolutely wonderful soup. If I remember correctly, they have a soup of the day, and when we went it was chicken noodle. I'd love to come back in the future to try additional soups and see how they fare. If you were on a keto diet I would definitely recommend trying out the protein pancakes. Also, they have some nice cocktails even though they don't have a full bar. They. Have bloody mary's and their own version of aperol spritz, which I found wonderful.

Fantastic experience. There's a huge menu with tons of unique things so the worst thing about this place is decision paralysis. Luckily our server Shay was super sweet and entertaining and had great recommendations. Absolutely get the eggasm. The chocolate covered bacon was pretty good and a fun presentation but it's pretty over the top rich so after a few bites of it you may be over it. Shared among a few people the three pieces are more than enough for that reason. As for cocktails I enjoyed the pomegranate mimosa and the salted caramel boozy coffee drink. The bloody mary is also decent but the fun picture/presentation takes it up a notch. The barbacoa omelette was fantastic and even though she warned us they make their omelettes with 6 whole eggs I managed to devour the whole thing. They also let you get a pancake as a side with the omelette and I really wanted to try one of their concoctions so I got the red velvet one with graham crackers. It was tasty but talking about rich... Granted I had already eaten the massive omelette but the red velvet was so rich that I think even if I had of ordered it as my only dish I wouldn't have been able to finish it and I have a sweet tooth. Also a big fan of the clever names and humor. This is definitely a place I hope to return to next time we visit Phoenix.

Food was excellent! Our server got triple sat and was stressed. The water cups were dirty with lipstick still on the glass. The water jug also wasn’t clean. I recommend improving the dishwashing capabilities.

This is one awesome breakfast place!!! We sat at the bar since there was a waiting time for regular tables. However, at the bar we got what I can only describe as incredibly attentive service. We requested some modifications of orders due to dietary restrictions. These were accepted with a smile and we were given multiple options of replacement items to meet our needs. The food (omelettes) was phenomenal!!! Somewhere near the top, if not the best omelette I ever had. The bar person was very responsive, checked on us frequently, and offered coffee refills at appropriate frequency while attending to her bar duties and assisting others. Cost is very reasonable and the place has a vibe of high quality without being presumptuous. Sheer pleasure and we shall definitely come again!

This was an excellent place to have breakfast! Food portions are generous, and wonderful! I had the Incredible omelet, and would happily go back to have another, were it not so far from home! 🙂

Wow!!! This place is amazing! Love the atmosphere and the food was scrumptious! Ella was very accommodating to our diet restrictions and requests, down to providing chia seeds to sprinkle on my food. Thank you Ella for your exceptional service! You were very attentive. We're still singing your praises on the ride home. Thank you Tom for going above and beyond in accommodating your guests. Our family felt welcome and appreciated. 🙏

This place is awesome! Very friendly staff. Got seated without waiting too long and the food was really good. Home made sausage patties, and cinnamon toast crunch pancakes! With a side of cinnamon toast crunch milk... what's not to love about that.

Wow! Is the best word to start this review. Definitely a place I would drive 5 hours again to go back to lol...Being from Las Vegas, NV and working as a chef it's hard to WOW me. But this Breakfast/Brunch restaurant EggStasy is fantastic. I had the Caprese Eggs Benedict and a side of corned beef Hash. THEY WERE BOTH THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD. EVER. The pesto sauce was prefect, the eggs were cooked perfectly and the attention to detail was noticed. Not one inch what unequally dressed ;). My Husband had the Skirt Steak Salad and The Bloody Mary both were Delicious again the attention to detail even on the drink was so beautiful. The chocolate 🍫 covered bacon was very interesting and fun. Our friends ordered the Cheese Omelette and Cinnamon Churro Waffle and they were Amazing. Definitely a big enough Omelette to share with someone. The Waffle was a good way to make you feel like you just went to the fair and ordered a hot fresh Cinnamon sugar crispy churro. 😋 Yummm... Our Server Moises was so attentive and kind. He made the Breakfast even better by being nice, patient, authentic and genuine. He never made us feel rushed or as if we bothered him to much haha. We asked for sides of sauce and jams and he was quick every time. We appreciate such a perfect morning at this Restaurant. You won't be dissatisfied or disappointed. Also a great outdoor patio and open airy light feeling the entire vibe was great 👍. ☆☆☆☆☆ 5 Stars in my book. THANKS SO MUCH ♡

Been to Eggstacy a number of times, always ordered the Veggie Skillet and always fantastic. Previously, it has been served in a cast iron skillet so the hash browns and veggies were roasted, crunchy and deliciously charred. Today was disappointing as it was served in a bowl. So that roasted, charred flavor was missing. The grain bread and fruit skewer, however, was delish. Also ordered was the barbacoa topped eggs which was out of this world as were the pumpkin pancakes. Because of my skillet dish, I can't give 5 stars and will definitely order something else off of the extensive creative menu next time.

First time visit. Met an associate for breakfast. We asked to sit inside and were seated directly in front of the kitchen. The place was not crowded. Service was fine if rather perfunctory and our server seemed quite distant. Not sure if he wanted to be there. Coffee was good and hot, a plus. I had the waffle that was rather soggy but nicely garnished with a fruit skewer. The turkey bacon was a loser and I will try something else next time. My bad! My friend's omelet was good. The restaurant is typical Scottsdale trendy with white decor. The bar/patio area looked rather inviting. Next time I will be a bit more discerning about seating location and food choices.

First time visiting Eggstacy and it didn’t disappoint. This amazing breakfast place with the clever name came recommended to me from celebrity comedian and movie star, Rob Schnieder. Don’t let the non-assuming outside fool you. Once you walk inside your greeted by friendly staff, a bright and open decor, Halloween decorations (12 foot skeleton) and open seating. I highly recommend trying the Apple and Brie with chicken sausage omelette. I enjoyed the pancakes, brioche French toast, and crispy bacon. The orange juice was freshly squeezed and also delicious. Whethe eating outside, at the full bar, or on the outside patio, this is a great place to try!
