Wally's Gastropub in Scottsdale is a gem, and it's worth noting that Chris Collins is at the helm. During my visit, I had the pleasure of trying their burger, and it was fantastic.
Chris's touch at Wally's is apparent in the quality of their offerings. The burger was flavorful, cooked just right, and a true delight to savor. It's evident that they take pride in serving up a great burger experience.
The atmosphere at Wally's is comfortable, a spot where you can unwind and enjoy a satisfying meal. The staff is friendly, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience.
For a solid burger, Wally's Gastropub definitely hits the spot. Knowing Chris Collins is behind it adds a sense of reliability and assurance of good food.

Very quaint dining experience. Sat out on the patio and it was comfortable with the misters on.
We attended during the later afternoon and it was not very busy which was nice. Felt like a private dining experience.
Our waiter was awesome. Made she we were comfortable and had everything we needed amd asked for. Went over the specials and peaked our interest.
The one special was parmesan crusted rainbow trout with sautéed spinach and it was all mouthwatering good.

Food was excellent had the shrimp cocktail and their cocktail sauce is the best I ever had!! I even bought a container of sauce to take home.

Just ate here. Really good ribs. Fed me well as a 175 lb man.
Fries were crispy. I give them 8.5/10. Great for coming on the side of your entree.

I love this hidden little gem! Just off Scottsdale Rd at Doubletree Ranch Rd, they provide the most delicious food! We've enjoyed their baby back ribs, the meatloaf, fish and chips, the French dip and the roasted chicken. I live in North Phoenix and find the 30 minute drive well worth it! The service is friendly and prompt. I'd recommend this place to anybody.

We just found this place on ac Google search for the area we were at. Because of the great reviews we decided to try it out and absolutely loved it.
Our server was great, and the food was delicious! We would definitely go back when we are in this area.

My grandmother, her friends and I went out to lunch here to celebrate a birthday. David, our waiter, was awesome! He even brought us plates for the cheesecake we'd brought for the occasion. I ordered the California Cobb salad with ranch dressing and Shoestring Potatoes, and we also ordered two more Cobb salads, salmon, and the off menu special of the day, which was trout. We all enjoyed our meals and our time there. It's a great place to share a meal and make memories with friends. There's a reason Wally's has been there for almost two decades!

Wally's is a great place to eat. This restaurant is right next to my barber so I always come get lunch with my son when we get our hair cut. I have tried the soup, french dip, fish and chips and they are all worth getting.

5 stars for the bar,certainly the focus of attention as you enter, the center point of three choices, the bar, windows or the booths and don't forget the exceptional patio. The service and food quality are outstanding. The main courses are excellent and the brownies are crazy good.

Old School, Wally's is a little step back into time. Really good, big portioned meals that are simply good. Polite staff and an atmosphere that makes you feel comfortable. The big patio is always a hit.

Visiting from Austin, TX though I lived in Scottsdale for 12 years until 2018 when we moved. Our first trip back. After taking our 3 year old daughter to the Scottsdale aquarium I googled restaurants for lunch that serve Americana…I picked this place having never been and my wife, daughter & myself were pleasantly surprised. Fantastic service, food & ambiance. Additional I found it cute, detail oriented & a nice touch that the kids meals came out in a porcelain made cafeteria style lunch plate with all the compartments.

If you haven't been to Wally's I highly recommend it! We had a craving for a prime rib dip sandwhich and Wallys didn't disappoint! The prime rib was cooked perfectly: tender and moist. The bread was different but outstanding. Encrusted with sesame seeds it had an interesting crunch which the more your ate the more you wanted! It comes with cheese which I never put on this type of sandwich so I omitted it. The pomme frits were crunchy on the outside and fluffy inside. My new favorite place for fries! But I have to mention the best ever brussel sprouts! Flash fried to crunchy perfection with copious amounts of crispy bacon with a balsamic glaze. The pretzel and cheese fondue app was insanely good. They should serve that cheese sauce in a bowl as a soup! So good! Our meal was truly perfect because of our server Samantha (which I believe is her alias lol) Next time we go back were getting the full prime rib dinner! Can't wait!!!
