Review Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar - Scottsdale

First off, the staff here are awesome! Everyone from the hosts to the servers and our waitress Nancy were 10/10. One of our steaks was slightly undercooked and they went over and beyond to make it right. First, they prepared a new steak AND took it off our bill. A man who I assume was the manager also came over to apologize. We were in no way angry but really appreciated how much they cared. The newly cooked steak was perfect. The bone in rib-eye was amazing. Salad wise, the wedge salad was the best I’ve had! Nancy our waitress was super friendly and on top of everything. She ensured everything was perfect. Since it was our first time here, she also gave us a lava cake, free of charge! Funny thing, the lava cake apparently broke while we were waiting so she gave us some super good dark chocolate candies while we waited. Overall, our experience at this Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse was amazing. So much better than other steak houses at this price point. Yes, it’s pricey food but the attention to detail here is on point. I look forward to coming back here again soon!!

My wife & I attended on Sunday the 5th to celebrate our anniversary. We have tried the other locations in town & even though we recently moved we continue to dine at the Pima restaurant. We find that the layout is more intimate, quieter & there are great options in walking distance for a nite cap after dinner if we want. The service had always been excellent, we had Nancy last night & she gave great suggestions. The food top notch, perfect as always. The bartender Jordan made my wife a virgin drink that was the best she's ever had. Michael the manager made sure our evening of celebration was perfect.

Fleming’s offers delicious food and great service! My husband and I came here for our 3-year wedding anniversary and had a great time. In fact, they gave us a card and chocolate truffles in celebration of our anniversary :) their steaks are amazing and tender, their lobster bisque is excellent, and you definitely need to try the lobster mac-n-cheese. I highly recommend Fleming’s to anyone looking for a special night out! #lfthx

Came here for dinner with my girl and took advantage of their Two for Tuesday offer. This is a three course meal including salads, your choice of either a tomahawk steak or New York strip and Filet Minon, two sides, and desserts. Let me tell you, the experience was amazing. Our server, Julian, was attentive and polite and made sure we were taken care of. I had the Old Fashioned as a drink and my girl had the Sicilian Cup. Both were delicious. For our salads we both went with the Ceasar, which comes with crispy prosciutto for a little crunch. This was followed by the Tomahawk steak cooked to a perfect medium with Flemings potatoes and creamed spinach as our sides. For dessert we ended with a chocolate lava cake for her and a strawberry cheesecake for me. This was a wonderful dinner for a datenight and we both cannot recommend it enough. If you are in town on a Tuesday go get a steak dinner for two. It's worth it.

Frankenstein aka Julian was amazing. His prompt attention to detail was amazing. My dining experience was wonderful. I will be going again. I don't know how soon though.

The service was outstanding and I highly recommend having reservations. I was alone so I didn't wait for a table and sat at the bar instead. I would like to see more options for dietary restrictions and more ingredients listed on the menu for those of us that have to avoid certain things. Otherwise, what I ordered was delicious and the cute baseball player (here for spring training) that sat next to me also enjoyed his meal.

Disappointed in the thanksgiving dinner. We usually eat thanksgiving dinner at the Glendale location and the serving is large to equal the $48 price. This location, the servings were almost half. But it still tasted good. Drinks were strong; happy about that. Good, efficient, and friendly staff. Probably will go to another amazing restaurant nearby in the future.

We live near by and love this place. We do a pre Thanksgiving tomahawk Tuesday here and it’s always fantastic. We went for Social/ Happy hour on Monday , great sliders, wine and fantastic service !!

First time diner tonight. Service was fast and friendly but the food.... Delicious is an understatement. I had the salmon and it was cooked to perfection. I have dietary restrictions and the kitchen was more than accommodating. I would definitely recommend this if you have the budget as it is a bit expensive but worth every penny.

Really good food! Definitely on the high end. Service is great. Steaks are cooked well and deserts are are delicious. Spent the birthday and they treated me with truffles. Enjoy your meal!

Flemings is something else!! Elegant dining extraordinaire! The ambiance and waiters and the managers were on point! The food and the presentation of the food was superbly magnificent. The great detail taken in the presentation of the table cloths, napkins, glasses, everything was superb! I watched the waiters and waitresses so meticulously setup the table decor, very impressive! The manager, Nate was very attentive in making our dining experience memorable and pleasurable. His smile is contagious and he was very friendly. Thank you for making Mother’s Day 2023 special for me!!! Location! Location! Location!

Food was very good and staff was amazing. 3 course meal with a large filet mignon and 2 lobsters for 81 is a good deal. Definitely recommend this location.

Birthday experience for four people and two birthdays. Our server, Ross, was knowledgeable, friendly, humorous and thoughtful. The food was amazing. Quite the experience, we were made to feel very welcome.

Exceptional service. Upscale, not pretentious. We were 20 minutes late and upon arrival we were being seated, our server Carrie was attentive within seconds. It was literally less than a minute. We were pretty impressed at how quickly we got our table. The service was exceptional without being stuffy. The times they checked in on us was balanced. Three different people from the service team introduced themselves and made sure we were being taken care of. Indecisive  between two different wines we were offered taste tests. The server recommended one and she was right on the money. We ordered the seafood tower for 2 with a side of Brussels. The food was delivered quickly and delectable. The brussel sprouts were prepared perfectly with just the right amount of crisp. We were not celebrating a birthday or anything huge, however the service team at Fleming's made us feel special. I celebrated my birthday here and they already had a card at the table wishing me a happy birthday. I got the amazing tomahawk steak with some sides. They gifted me with a lava cake. Everything I had was delicious.

Absolutely incredible dinner and service. Everything was cooked perfectly. Tables were spaced properly, all precautions taken and our food was incredible. We had the Calamari, Ribeye, Brussels Sprouts and Mushrooms. Can’t wait to go back for another special occasion and try even more of the delicious dishes.

Food was outstanding and the service was fantastic. Small seafood tower recommended for one to two could easily be a four person starter. Lobster, tuna, crab legs and shrimp on ice all perfectly prepared. Filet, lobster, bone in ribeye and crab we're all delicious and cooked exactly the way we asked. Sides are big enough family style to feed 3-4 people. A little pricey but all in all, the food and the knowledgeable, charming service from our server Malysa made the night a memorable one.

I have not eaten steak in nearly 30 years. I'm glad I chose Fleming's to break the run! The petite filet was seasoned to perfection! I challenged the establishment to create a mocktail involving ginger, and they did not disappoint! I only wish the food had not taken quite as long as it did to come to our table. At any rate, I'm still looking forward to dining there again!

The service was top notch, everyone was wonderful. 4pm reservation, 1st in the dining room. 1st event Ordered the prime rib dinner Great value, very excited, first time in the dining room. We've been once before for happy hour. Blueberry Lemon Drop Martini's to die for. 2nd event The manager came over with bad news... The prime rib was not to the chefs liking. And would not be served. 3rd event We must pick a steak instead of the prime rib, very exciting, same price same prime rib deal! 4th event Wonderful salad and bread, services fantastic, people great. My side of potatoes, pretty good. 5th event The ribeye steaks arrived cooked to our liking, shoe leather. I felt so bad because everything else had been so wonderful, I couldn't bring myself to send it back. 6th event Creme brulee served burnt. For a steak house serving a 60 dollar steak that I had trouble cutting with a steak knife, what a poor 1st impression. The staff beyond wonderful. I left a 20% tip on the full 160.00 value, service was great. I feel so bad I'm afraid to go back. We've never spent that kind of money on a dinner for two before. I'll stick to the BBQ and great Costco prime steaks I can cut with a butter knife. BTW that isn't a picture of my steak below

From the minute we walked into the Resturant we were treated like VIP's. We had reservations for our 31st anniversary dinner and when we got brought to our table there was a beautiful table set with some confetti and a Anniversary card for us. The manager came to our table as soon as we were seated and congratulated us on our special celebration. He said he would stop back to check on us to make sure everything was ok and he did just that throughout our dinner. Our waitress and her helper were fantastic and made sure we had a great evening and dinner. Her recommendations on food and a bottle of wine were welcomed and spot on she recommended one of the best bottles of wine we have had. The food came out and its presentation was great and it even tasted better if that's possible. Yes it can be pricey but the experience made it all worth while. They took our picture placed it in a cardboard frame so we had something to rememeber our experience and than called me the next day to make sure we had an enjoyable evening and sent me an email thanking us for dining with them. How can you not recommend Flemings to family and friends! Awesome job Flemings!

Absolutely Amazing Waiter and Management. We had the best steaks EVER! Service was top notch. Definitely went over the top taking care of us tonight. They exceeded my expectations and have earned a customer for life. Wife and I go every year for our anniversary the last 17 years and took our son tonight to celebrate the New Year. I could keep going on and on about our experience, but I think you get the point. Thank you Fleming’s for hiring the right people and knowing how to take care of your customers.

The ambience is average at best.The service and the food is excellent The bone in ribeye is the very best I have ever had My daughter’s filet as well as my wife’s rack of lamb was super the wait staff also excellent

Overtly attentive staff....damn near pulled my plate away while I was chewing. Asked if everything was cooked to my liking prior to me trying everything once, which later found to have my lobster undercooked. This the chewy grey underbelly. Was expediently replaced with a fresh white lobster tail. Filet was great, wish there was more Bernese in it. Been there done that, at that price.

When we walked in we were greeted by a hostess who asked "can i help you?" with attitude in her voice and her nose turned up at us. I felt like we were looked at like we didn't have the money to eat at this establishment. Pretty much got off on the wrong foot with us right off the gate. After being seated we waited for a long time to get a waitress to bring us drinks. The nice couple sitting at the table beside us got up to leave and turned to us and said "good luck getting service around here". I chuckled and made a joke about eating their leftovers not knowing the grizzly truth of their warning. After waiting for a long time for our inattentive waitress , we finally ordered our over priced meals and continued the waiting process. My girlfriend's and my own food came out separately delivered by the kitchen staff. Meanwhile, all of our menus were still on the table and the tables around us were still dirty. Place seemed under staffed, but in reality, I believe they were just not doing their jobs. It was a Monday night and the place wasn't busy. I've seen an Applebee's team conduct a restaurant better than this place. We got out bill at the table and waited an additional 15 minutes to pay because no one ever came to take our payment. I took the bill up front to pay and they had to go get my waitress from somewhere to make her do it. I paid my bill, left a tip and got out of there ASAP. While the outer shell of this place looked appealing, the inner truth left a sour taste in my mouth. I don't recommend this place to anyone unless you have an AARP card because, generally speaking, those people were the ones getting all the service. I feel we were discriminated against because of our age and attire. Time to come down off your high horse and treat everyone with equal respect and courtesy. In conclusion, we won't be returning to this establishment.

We went to Fleming’s in Chandler AZ about 4 years ago and had one of the BEST experiences in dining we’ve ever had. That being said we wanted to take my mom for Mother’s Day yesterday to enjoy that great experience with us. Well I’m afraid to say last nights dining experience was nothing like our experience 4 years ago. We went to the Scottsdale DC Ranch location in AZ and was treated badly!!!!! The waiter made us feel as if we were dining “out of our league “!!!! We were dressed up and wanted to celebrate Mother’s Day but instead had a terrible time! Our waiter not only made us feel as if we weren’t worthy of Fleming’s but tried to rush us pulling wine glasses away so fast it startled my mom. He was very quickly annoyed at explaining some of the different types of steak. We made our order and was extremely disappointed with the ribeye and sea bass we ordered. The ribeye was very tough and sinuous and the sea bass was dry. I overlooked the dry sea bass but I couldn’t overlook the ribeye. To spend that amount of money on a steak and for the steak to be tough is unacceptable especially from a restaurant which specializes in steak. At first the waiter offered to have another steak prepared but since the rest of my table was just about done eating I asked them not to do that just take it off my bill. The waiter did that but made us feel like we were trying to get away with paying which couldn’t be further from the truth. We just wanted to have an awesome experience like we did 4 years ago and we were embarrassed that this had happened while trying to give our mother the dining experience of a lifetime!

Awesome happy hour. Been to this location for dinner and happy hour several times over the past few years. Always a good experience. Attentive staff, great cocktails and wine selection plus delicious steaks.

I was at Fleming's with my Valentine and son because he's active duty in the Marine Corps and was awestruck when the GM comped my son's entire meal including desert. Erika was an amazing waitress as well and thanked him for his service. The food was absolutely amazing as well.

The service and dinner were both equally amazing! This was my first visit to this Fleming's location and I was extremely pleased. Thank for making my birthday celebration a wonderful memory.

Very nice atmosphere, delicious meals and dessert, my only concern was the amount of time it took to get my dinner and then the wait for dessert. I would recommend the restaurant but make sure you have plenty of time when you go there.

We had a special occasion booked and they were amazing. Very attentive, felt like we were the only ones in the place. Food was perfect too!

The service and food was excellent. They made our Wedding Anniversary more special. They had hearts on the table, a card, photo, truffles to go and a sparkler in the dessert❤️ This is a special place❤️

I can’t say it was the best I ever had but I did have a great time there. Birthday celebration so they went above and beyond to make it special, so thank you for that! 1st time there and probably my last.

For my sons 9th birthday he really wanted steak ~ every step of the way all the folks working here made him feel so special he actually said he really wanted to go to play with his new games but he also wanted to stay because the people there were so nice! it was so sweet and I was grateful for care and class exhibited by the staff. Needless to say the food was incredible - he had the filet mignon and I had the chicken- both excellent. Thanks for making it special Flemings!

Randy and I went there last night for Happy Hour and had an awesome time! We had Lauren Cicora-Thompson as our server. She was attentive, timely, and made great suggestions on the menu choices. Great dining experience.
