Nordstrom's is a great store and right now it's absolutely gorgeous at Christmas. The decorations are above and beyond. They have a great cafe and wonderful selections to choose from throughout the store.

This is a great store. They carry a wide range of mens shoes. I got great help from Edward finding dress shoes for work. He also took the time to help me pick socks and ties to go with the shoes.

Just visited this store to do an exchange for an online purchase. Ola was right there to help me with a smile. He made my exchange process seamless, friendly and fast. It's always nice to know when shopping at a higher end retailer, that the Scottsdale Fashion Mall 'Nordstrom' department store is the place to shop. Whether it be in the expansive beauty bar, or the Tom Ford fragrance bar, the staff is incredibly top notch, extremely professional, and incredibly polite. (Notably a kind employee in the Tom Ford fragrance area).

If you’re coming here to purchase shoes do everything through Stephen B! This man came running from the back where they keep their inventory to assist us. All the other sales reps made eye contact with us but didn’t bother to check in. If you want a personalized, knowledgable and efficient experience, go to Stephen B!

I was looking for a Fjallraven mini backpack in a very specific color and Jackie went above and beyond. They were out of the mini size but she found a larger one in the back and I decided that was a much better fit. I am very happy with my choice. Thank you, Jackie!
