Based on other reviews, we knew we would enjoy this authentic experience. The food and service were excellent. We had the poblano cream chicken enchiladas and the chicken mole enchiladas and highly recommend both. The chips & salsa and margaritas are both great as well.

Arrived at the restaurant around 730pm on a Saturday evening had about a 25 minute wait smaller type of restaurant. Great vibe, really fun interior design…delicious chips and salsa.. tacos platter was supper tasty and the enchiladas my friend had were amazingly yummy!
Amazing food! So glad we found this place. The queso dip with chorizo was the best queso I’ve ever had, I had the blue flautas it came with 3 topped with quac, salsa and pico and honestly we put some of the queso on the food as well and it was great

Another old town Scottsdale favorite of mine. A fun little place with good food and drinks. They have a little bar and dining room in the front and they also have a patio in the back. I usually get the poblano chicken enchiladas and a nice margarita to go along with.
So happy we came across Frank & Lupe’s. The atmosphere and food here are outstanding! Given the Old Town Scottsdale location, this is a very good place for budget/reasonably-priced Mexican food.

Great prices for Scottsdale. Servers are very nice and friendly. They have free salsa and chips, a nice environment, and their food is authentic Mexican food. This place has plenty of parking and is conveniently located close to downtown. The music is also very good.
One of the single best restaurants I've visited in the state. The food is outstanding, the staff is friendly & the family who own & manage the spot are a breath of fresh air. Not to mention the atmosphere. If you love someone, bring them here.

had liquor in them! Their mole is one of the best I've had here in Phoenix. Wanted to sit outside but patio wasn't open yet-indoor seating not my favorite. Service was good as were the prices.
I had the most delicious meal! I chose the chicken cream of poblano entree...it was honestly AMAZING! I have been craving it ever since. I also had the pineapple margarita on the rocks which was delicious as well. My husband got the chicken chimi which had super moist and flavorful chicken....so yum
Absolutely delicious food. Even the chips and salsa were above average (fresh tortilla chips). Had the pork carne adobada plate which was to die for. Super flavorful, somewhat spicy sauce, and very tender meat. Great rice and beans also
