I had a wonderful and elegant experience at this location. The GM Armando was very knowledgeable of good industry and how to run a restaurant of this caliber with ease. He personally seated me and paired me with his best waiter, Bryan, who gave five star service throughout the night. The ambiance in the dinning room was perfect and the food was world class. I would suggest this place to anyone to have a lovely romantic dinner at.

Was here this past Friday for my office holiday party and everything was wonderful. The happy hour drinks was amazing and the bartender. They remained constant throughout the evening as well! The dishes served was tasty and tender - everything you seek in the types of dishes. Which means they have a fantastic cooking and serving team. Great work!
Only sad thing is, I forgot my take out from the distraction of people leaving. 🙃

We had a very good experience here. 9 of us in town for a bachelor party. The food was very good, the service was attentive and friendly. I believe our server was Billy. He made conversation and was very welcoming. When we got the bill we had a discrepancy with 1 item on the bill and he took care of it right away. We would definitely recommend this place to others and I would come back here again when I’m in town

Never had better steak in my life. The flavor was absolutely perfect. The lobster mac in cheese should be award winning and the butter cake with ice cream just makes you curl your toes with every bite

This was a wonderful, traditional steakhouse experience. The appetizers were delicious. The jalapeño tuna sashimi was a highlight. The porterhouse cut was a favorite steak and the lobster mashed potatoes was the perfect choice of side with the steak. Dessert is a must: butter cake!

Mastros is very elegant and romantic. I love the food. The chef is the best here. His steaks literally melt in your mouth. The lobster Mac n cheese is really really good. The cheesecake is so decadent. The ambiance is like none other. The customer service is top notch. This is a true 5 star restaurant. The silver ware is so clean you can see your beautiful face through it. My husband loved this place so much and he normally isn’t into the fancy restaurants. The setup is just really elegant and classy.

Really great, well known Scottsdale steakhouse. Amazing service and food is good but this is a very pricey place to eat (not unlike a lot of Scottsdale restaurants). Tables were a little jammed together.

Our server was amazing from beginning to end. Food was equally amazing....steaks cooked to perfection. It was my first time having sea bass and it was nothing short of perfection from the cook to flavor. We ordered shrimp, bacon, mac and cheese and let me tell you...that bacon IS LIFE!! Best bacon I've ever had!

Food is so delicious and our waiter so nice, but we made reservations, went to celebrate our anniversary, ended up in the back and in comes a rowdy party of young 20 somethings and suddenly it was a moving party for the staff to set up enough chairs to accommodate a clueless loud crowd. So distracting it ruined the beauty of the meal we were there to enjoy. Probably have to try somewhere else next time.

I have mixed feelings but mostly good feelings. I've never been to a mastros before, so I was very impressed upon walking in and seeing how fancy it was. and it was so packed, and it was a Tuesday night! Wall to wall people everywhere! Really really unbelievable for a weeknight. The bartenders were very indifferent towards me which I dont understand, probably because I'm not a millionaire. And I was shocked by the $35 tabs, for 2 drinks! They have a great presentation though, they put dry ice in their drinks! I guess that's to ease the pain of your bill when you see it. By the way, the $35 Tab included one drink that was well vodka for God's sake!! Restaurant is gorgeous. I had the rack of lamb which was disgustingly good! Lol. Oh my God it was so freaking good I couldn't even stand it! Lol! Our waitress was very sweet, but not too attentive. She spent a lot of time on another table of about 8 guys that were drinking a lot of wine all night. She was constantly filling their glasses. And our food took forever and a day to come out. Therefore I tipped her accordingly.

Dinner and setting was outstanding my only complaint was I had to get up and asked to have our water glasses refilled, once our server brought our dinner he forgot about us as we were sitting in a corner outside by the fireplace. Lastly after looking at us numerous times I had to go find him to pay our bill which cost him some of his tip.

The best ever! Service was top notch and staff know the food. Steaks were absolutely delicious and tender. You can not go and not try the signature warm butter cake, it was incredible.
