Great place to shop!!!!!! Best Stromboli around !!!!! Been going there since I was a kid.
While I've ordered take out from Florence Ravioli before, today was the first day that I went into their store. They were just about to close, but instead of turning me away, Laura welcomed me in, turned on all the lights and was as sweet and genuine as could be. Their food is delicious and very reasonably priced for homemade meals. There's nothing better than great food paired with great service!
What do you look for in a food store? A high quality product, fair prices and a great customer experience. Florence Ravioli exceeds expectations in all these important categories. If you don't stop in, you are missing out, plain and simple. The owner Less and his family put everything they got into this business to make sure they deliver across the board and it shows! Being Sicilian, I can not help but to heavily criticize nearly every italian dish I decide to indulge in. What can be better ? What does it need less of ? What is missing ? Etc. Nearly two years ago I purchased a meal for my family and I, and we have been Florence enthusiasts ever since. The authenticity of each dish is simply unmatched, you will not find the exceptional quality and overwhelming quantity anywhere. It just so happens along with the food, the service and family oriented environment at Florences Ravioli is delightful. My family and I have been loyal customers for nearly two years and counting; every time we walk in we feel as if we are apart of Florence family. I want to thank the current owner Les Turchin for continuing to provide my family and I with something to look forward too each week, as times are extremely difficult and hectic at the moment.

Excellent ravioli. I pick up a few dozen a month. Their stuffed breads and meatballs are also excellent. They also have cold cuts make three foot long subs for parties (order in advance, as they have to order the bread). Definitely recommended.
Literally amazing! This hidden gem in Scotch Plains feels like an Italian kitchen at home. Fresh, authentic, Italian meals and specialties at great prices coupled with a friendly and fun atmosphere make this place a regular stop for me. From their individual dinners, fresh soups, amazing stromboli and creative sandwiches, I give it an A++.
Florence is always one of my first stops when I get back into scotch plains. The subs on that fresh bakery bread are amazing and the raviolis speak for themselves. The owner always mixes it up with awesome authentic italian specials that don’t disappoint. The recent remodel gives you that great small italian deli feel. Florence is a must try if you havent yet.

I wasn't sure how good the food would be since I heard Florence was under new management. They've never disappointed in the past, and they didn't disappoint on our most recent occasion. Everything was really delicious. Great job!
