There is a waitress that I must find out her name. She is just exceptional. Coincidentally always get the same waitress and she is amazing. I have always loved this diner since I was a child. Food is always hot, servers check on you periodically, and from what I can see it's clean.
This was beyond a bad experience. I grew up coming to this place with my great grandma, and her memory is the reason I went tonight. The evening began with us listening to our waitress tell the guests next to us that they didn't have 2 of the items that they had ordered well after they ordered them.
It's been years since I been to a diner. Came here after driving by dozens of times and it didn't disappoint. Good food, speedy, and nice service. I realized the servers were disappointed with the buser/runner but that didn't affect our experience much.
