The employees are efficient and friendly too. My orders are never easy. No this, extra that. Always condiments, napkins and straws in the bag. AND a thank-you. Works for me. Go there. Fast food done right.

Seems I can't ever get good seasoned food from BK no matter the location. Everything is semi-cold, unseasoned and to top it off they NEVER get the order right. I say Whopper plain with Mustard, I end up with Whooper fully loaded with Mayo. SMH then they get an attitude when I ask for a replacement.

In recent time this has to be the worse location in the area. Last time ordered 2 big fish. Received 2 double cheese burgers. Today, 2 big fish for $6 on the marquis. Wanted to charge $7.70. Once again I just drove off...one week later. Charged 2 for $7 again when the street sign clearly states 2x6. Refused to give my money back claiming it's an old sign. Looked at me like I was crazy when I wouldn't accept that excuse. District manager happened to be in the parking lot. Gave me his card and said come back Monday. He couldn't take care of this? For all he knew I don't live nearby No wonder management here is terrible. I'm betting the sign won't be changed by Monday.

Over 8 minutes waiting for 3 orders of french toast sticks. No one in line ahead of me inside or out. No apology nor explanation for delay. When I recieved the french toast sticks they were mushy and half cooked. Threw them out.

Asked for no mustard. Person taking order said this burger doesn't come with mustard so she didn't add no mustard to my order. The burger had mustard and had to be redone. Ordered a combo and was not given my cup for my drink. Was not given my receipt. Employees didn't speak good enough English to understand me.

I ordered the"Impossible burger" with onion rings. The burger taste great, just like beef waper. But the onion rings are terrible, over cooked , it taste so dry.

Located in front of the little plaza where Ace, Dunkin Donuts, and other small businesses are. Sitting on Westbound of Grand Ave.
This location has gone through a remodeling. They have kept a similar floor plan. An addition of a modern bench for waiting customer is a good modern touch. Also a other great additions of more modern looks and a renovated ratting area.
It offer a few parking spaces. Wheelchair accessible, but the main entrances open to the outside (for safety purposes) and the door on the east side had a crossed wooden “plank” for a door handle, which may not be the most accesible. The second doors to the restaurant have a vertical handle that is more accesible.
The service is fast and of good quality. I like the fact that they allow the customer to see the action by the setup being open and right in front of the counter.
The burgers are great. The size is as advertised, which is not easy to find now a days. I love coming here and dinning in.
There are booths, benches as well as chairs available. Bathrooms are not unisex.

Staff was pleasant and fast and their new hand breaded chicken sandwich is amazing. You can't get better quality food for a great price. Will continue to go to this Burger King!
