Domino's Pizza

For the state street store by the Aldi ...The internet options have bugs that create online ordering problems and they never answer phone. But if you actually can order something it is of decent quality. But I'd rather just get a pizza at market 32 or Walmart and heat it in my oven than deal with begging them to take my order. Don't they have staff to test how their doing. ?? Geeze

This Domino's has since gotten every order to me in under an hour (usually closer to under 40 minutes) and the food has been fine. I wanted to come back and change my review, but I will leave the original for reference. I guess someone was just having a bad day at work. I ordered at 11:40pm and received a room temperature pizza at 1:00am. They apparently take over 40 minutes to quality check the pizza. If I were to give some advice it would be to maybe not be so thorough because your pizza is not good enough to justify 80 minute wait times.

I would give zero stars if I could. Been waiting for 2 hours for my food. I called and hour ago and they said my order was the 1st to be delivered when the driver returned to pick up more deliverys. If the map of the driver is correct I’ve watched him make 5 other stops even though they said I was 1st in line. The drivers 1st stop was 2 blocks away from where we are and then went the total opposite way making more deliveries. So now if it ever gets here I’ll enjoy 2 hour old pizza. Basically leftovers at this point. Be nice if dominos was pro active and called me to let me know what was going on and ask if I wanted a refund. 5 dollar deliver fee plus a tip. What a joke. Very dissatisfied. I order from dominos frequently & have never had an issue. Recently I moved houses which means my dominos location changed. I’ve ordered from this location about 3 times now and never had an issue until tonight. I ordered 4 pizzas, a liter of soda , and a lava cake. After almost an hour of waiting for my food to come ( delivery usually is very fast! ) I finally called the store and asked if they were busy or if the app just wasn’t up to date. The guy responded by asking my address etc and I told him he responds by telling me they don’t have an order for that address. So I tell him I was looking at the app where I placed my order and this is the store address it gave me. After a little while he comes back and tells me they actually “found it” and it should be on the way shortly. My food eventually comes and half of the pizzas are cold and the rest were semi warm. Then one of the pizza was missing 2 toppings. I believe what happened was that they meant to send our order out with a delivery driver and forgot about it and basically just had it sitting in the store for however long. Very disappointed
