Subway

"Subway, make it your way"... but only if it's their way. This has happened to me twice now: I know it's a little crazy but I get the 6inch meatball marinara but I ask for the meatballs on the side. Every single Subway I go to allows me to do this even this one. There is this one worker who looks semi elderly and dye's his hair black. Maybe the owner? Looks of Indian decent. Anyway he just tilts his head to the side, pauses and makes us wait and then finally says "we dont do that" the time before this we told him that every other subway (even other workers at this subway) allows us to do this. Last time he agreed but this time he did the same thing and we were to furious and in a rush to sit their and argue with him. Long story short, we went to a subway a few blocks down and they fulfilled our order. Anyway im very disappointed in this employee and the fact that this has happened twice now. What happened to "My sub, My way"?

Seriously worst customer service ever! And I am pretty understanding. Walked in with my kids for lunch. Got a dirty look from the rude teenager working there staring at her phone the whole time. I asked for gluten free because my son is allergic and she gave me a rude response as she got on her phone. Ignored the whole time. Not one kind word or action the whole time. Will never come here again! Sad because I used to come here all of the time for lunch when I was teaching in Schaumburg.

A severe disappointment, even by low Subway standards. When I visited, the man behind the counter refused to say hi and dismissively said, "The other man will help you soon." The other man was cleaning the chairs' legs and table legs in an otherwise empty restaurant. So, apparently I will have to wait to be waited on until the immediacy of the chair legs' dirt is resolved. I waited 20 seconds and said, "either you help me or I am leaving." He reluctantly swung into action. From that point on, fine. This is a huge issue at Subway: the staff always acts like I am doing them an injustice by stopping by to spend my money with them. There is zero friendliness no matter who (perhaps one extended family it seems) is working on a given day. It is not surprising that Subways are closing across the nation when service at so many is so poor and unfriendly. There are many, many choices in Schaumburg. This Subway should be at the bottom of that long list.

I am very disappointed in the food and service of this restaurant. First of all, I as well as my co-workers are frequent customers due to the fact that it is right across the street from our work. After getting our order and coming back to work with it, we found that our sandwiches had little to nothing on them! There were barely any vegetables on any of the sandwiches even though one of them was veggie delite and the girl who ordered them asked for extra on all of them! Not to mention, the lettuce is always brown!! We called and spoke with the owner (the one who made the sandwiches) and let him know the situation. He never once apologized, stated "it is standard subway amount", and did not offer to do anything about it!! Also, in the past, when I wanted to use one coupon for two orders (which would have saved me a whole 25 cents) he refused to honor it! This place used to be good, but has really gone downhill and we will no longer give this place our business, but instead will go to the subway down the street.

ever since this subway opened up i've been coming here for lunch. honestly, I have lost faith in them. the food is always stale and it feels like htey are getting cheap with the portions and food. Anybody who is interested that much in saving money instead of feeding their clients is not for me. I've already put in a complaint with the regional manager.
