The man there that always gives me my ice cream is so nice! I love baskin robbins ice cream, especially the cookie dough flavor.If you love stranger things, then baskin robbins is also collabing with stranger and having sttanger things themed ice cream. However, I do think it's a little cheap to sell mint flavored ice cream at target calling it "Mind flayer ice cream" and selling it for a higher price at local grocery stores. Also, baskin robbins one scoop ice cream is around $3 and if you sign up for their rewards program, you get a free scoop of ice cream on your birthday!

I have been regular on Baskin Robbins both inside the woodfield mall and at other locations. This time they had only one staff member and older staff was not available.
I ordered three milk shakes of medium size. All three were delivered with lesser quantity, Chunks of ice , watery. It was a very bad experience, my kids were upset. The charge for three shakes were $20.13 which was higher than other locations but got real bad order this time.

I’m only putting one star because you can’t put any less. Went to get a one scoop waffle cone and the owners took the “one scoop” a little too literally. It didn’t even fill half the waffle cone. Can I get some ice cream with my cone? Every other ice cream place has one scoop above the top of cone for their one scoop. Learn to serve ice cream or go own a different business. Unreal. I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream! Good flavor variety and quality of the food. Staff was nice and pricing is good, just be sure to get a small portion, the larger ones might melt by the time you get to another store :(.

We've been going to this Baskin-Robbins for years (at least ten). Fantastic selection of ice cream and super fast service. The people behind the counter are always super nice and helpful.

The most rude people serve ice cream there . I will suggest not to go. Kids like to try ice cream and I understand that it can get crazy but these people are there just to make money .

Jenny is very nice and gets the order right. Also Damarcus is very friendly. Chris is one of a kind he will talk to you non-stop. Celina is nice and does big scoops and Luzy is the best ❤

They don't accept their own mobile app. How is that even possible?
They have a sign posted in the corner but it's 12pt font cut off a piece of paper someone printed on word. So ghetto. Also make me wonder if they actually don't accept the app or just don't want to accept the app. Either way I'll be hitting up coldstone.
