I went for a late Sunday lunch and did not regret it: the atmosphere was quiet and traditional, the service polite and friendly, the food very good. Particularly delicious was the Chirashi Sushi Deluxe: large fresh cuts of a variety of fish on a nice bed of rice.
A hidden jewel! This is the best Japanese Restaurant you will find in Westchester County. The quality and presentation of the food is exceptional. The staff is attentive and professional. The prices are extremely reasonable and the qualities are plentiful. Their house wine list is great too! E
The sushi chef is awesome. Genius with his appetizer (free) starters. Today we had a refreshing cucumber seaweed combination roll Ina lemon vinegar broth-- simply delicious.
I have worked in some of the top restaurants in NYC, including Those with Michelin stars. I can tell you, Kirari is the best casual sushi place I have ever been. BEST spicy tuna roll I have ever had, simply put.
Shrimp tempura udon/soba is definitely a highlight: unique presentation and balanced food choices. We also enjoyed the green tea ice cream a lot!
