Some people tend to bash Applebee's but I've never had a really bad experience with the company. It really depends on where your located, the time of day, and how the community is generally. Staff was friendly Grilled chicken & Shrimp was delicious. My sis had surgery they were able to accommodate her dietitian needs and she was able to modify her order with ease. Waitress was very pleasant. Try the little mini donuts. They were very good! 🥰

Great service and the food was very good. Everyone was very pleasant and very helpful. Only complaint is that the entryway into the ladies bathroom isn't wheelchair accessible if you are trying if you are buy yourself. I struggled trying to get up over the marble tile that is on the floor right in

If you drive hours to the area, work all day and then just want to relax in your hotel room, don't order for delivery from here. Over 40 minutes late. Called. Asked if the food was going to be cold. They had no idea. Meanwhile, tired, hungry, no delivery yet.

Beautiful restaurant, quality foods made fresh, and phenomenal customer service. This is a top notch Applebees and I will return to this location. Hands down, best three cheese chicken penne pasta around. Creamy and tasty, not bland at all. Keep up the great work, Sayre!!

Terrible experience. The staff gave us attitude for not wanting a high table and because we asked for menu's instead of using their app to order.
