Pizza Hut

It is THE best place to eat pizza and you can tell them what you want on your pizza and what you don't want on your pizza. I always like to get their sausage pizza because it tastes so good. And they usually have some good desserts as well. The only con is the prices of the pizza, but in the meantime you get what you pay for. The people who work there are extremely nice people and God has blessed us with a great place like pizza hut.

Saw a drop coming from the cieling. It was actually coming out of the over head light. The server was walking peoples food under the leak coming out of the light. Over half the light cover had standing water in it. I hate to say it. But my pizza was a disappointment this time. First time ever!!! Bubbles all over the crust. And in the middle of the pizza. Burnt sauce around the crust. Toppings were scarce. No wonder they seal it instead of showing it to you. I would of been embarrassed to that pie. What happened to this place? It used to be a go to!! Now I think I will shop around for a new place. So sad.

Last few months pizza constantly undercooked.. the day manager is attentive and fixes any issues, 2 Saturday nights in a row not good. Got $11 dinner box, pizza raw, they sent same pizza through again, still undercooked. Manager's solution, 50 cent discount, "just pay for the breadsticks" still 10.50...eventually got employee discount after attitude and argument with manager. 2nd Saturday ordered thin so less risk of undercooked. Asked for military discount, usually not an issue and seems around 20%, Manager fumbled around and it was less than $2 for $25 order. Will not go back on Saturdays, training needed for management. Customer service should still be a thing! 4stars daytime, 1 star Saturday nights.

We had to wait a few minutes for our order to be ready (my fault because we arrived a little early). Lady at the window was super nice and just asked us to pull forward. It was brought out steaming and delicious. We were driving home from being out of town and she kindly gave us plates and napkins. Thanks for always being my on the road go to!
