Went there during a slow time so no one was at the front to greet me (only reason they lost a star). Overall, it was a good interaction with Ryan and Eric….and they made my order exactly how I wanted it. I left the store laughing so I’d say it was good customer service.
I love this place, whenever I come here from work, I forget how tired I was.

I caught them On a Bad Day before.... But today Was Probably Hands Down one of the Best experiences I've Had. Great Customer Service. They Made things Right When Doordash Messed Up. They Went Above And Beyond to Fix Things. This Is Why I fell in love With Pizza Hut. 🍕. 100% Have My Business. Julia Was Fantastic. Pizza Huts Drivers Are Always So Cheerful.
I haven't eaten Pizza Hut in years and my experience at this store was pretty good. The manager and staff were helpful and kind. My pizza was actually I what I ordered.
The pizza is as expected but it is the only delivery in Savannah that can successfully deliver the food hot and under 2 hours. Every time it’s 30-45 minutes and their delivery drivers are always polite. Great customer service!
I’ve ordered from this location three or four times and I’ve never been disappointed. By far the best Pizza Hut I’ve ever had.
Great Food, reasonable prices. Service was super fast when ordering online. You can choose to pay in the store for an online order...that's was a plus for me!
Tonight, May 17th at around 930pm I had a great experience coming into the location here. The gentleman working the front was courteous, friendly, and engaging, reading me back my order and offering extra assistance on my way out. While I unfortunately didn't learn his name, I greatly appreciate him and his time. Thank you again sir.
The food was also excellent. I ordered 4 separate pizzas and wings. The pizzas were hot, almost too hot to hold, cooked to crisp perfection. The wings were juicy and glazed in sauce, made with obvious care. It made a late night party even better and I'm very thankful to the kitchen staff for providing dinner for us.
I would recommend tonight's staff to anyone. This is easily the best take out I've had in years.

My original post is listed below under line. My last order was so disappointing I had to give an honest and detailed account. To note, I placed my order online like I always do -- the only difference is that we picked up this order. In the past two years I have been receiving deliveries from their store located near the Landings (FYI they charge more for the same items because of it's location).

Mall Blvd location review submitted to company.
Having to use my rewards for a free pizza at this location is not worth it. I would rather continue paying for the pizza at Diamond Causeway to get a delicious pizza.
If you refer to my order, please explain why (other than either not being able to read or trying to save cost) the following occurred:
Little to NO marinara sauce (seriously)
No Hut Favorite on crust
Not even Garlic on crust
Not even parmesan on crust
Honest to God, this pizza was barely cooked. I know it took me 10 minutes past ready time, so it sat in the "warmer" for at least that long....yet, I still had to cook it for 10 minutes to get the pepperoni "we'll done" as requested.
I think I keep saying, "this is my last time for Mall Blvd"....but, this time, I told my husband to make sure and remind me. NEVER AGAIN!
This pizza was not worth 300 points, it definitely would not have been worth any $$.

Mall Blvd location consistently delivers bad service and wrong orders.
1) ordered special one topping pizza for 9.99, I was charged 16.74 (one pizza).
2) requested pizza to be well done. I had to cook at home 10 additional minutes. It looked nearly raw.
3) ordered 12 pc wings (you receive two dips with the order). I requested Blue Cheese and Garlic Sauce. I was charged .50 for each (I received one each).
4) I ordered a brownie (7.99). Someone called me from the store and said they were out of brownies would I like something else. I told them the chocolate chip cookie (6.99) would be fine. I was still charged for the brownie, but received the cookie.
5) I ordered "Hut Favorite" flavoring for the crust of my pizza there was nothing on it.
6) I ordered a side of marinara sauce. That was okay. I have to order it on the side because they do not put enough on the pizza.
7) the chicken wings required additional cooking because there was pink when my husband bit into one.
8) at pickup. My husband asked for parmesan packets. He was given a small container of shredded parmesan.
I do not write negative reviews often. Only if it is a repeated offense. So this store location is now going to receive the benefit of a Google review. I may have written a good review before, so I will just update it.
If you do not have enough staff, close the store.
If you have incompetent managers, close the store.
PIZZA HUT is not building a great reputation at the Mall Blvd location, and is fact losing a once decent one.
