Our server Marquis (not sure on spelling, sorry) was fantastic! He was very attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. He was caring and helpful. The food was outstanding! Oh my gosh- there was nothing disappointing from the sweet tea to the check, we were pleased with everything. Crab stuffed mushrooms, coconut shrimp, crab and shrimp bisque (to die for!), and shrimp Po boys. Love at first bite— and still in love at the last bite!

We did get seated quickly and the food came out in a reasonable time. Food was good, not mind blowing, but it was hot and fresh. We also had the coconut shrimp and she crab soup. They were good too. My husband and I enjoyed our food overall😊. The A/C was great as well. We will return when we are back in town.

The restaurant is right on the water so you can see the ships coming and going. The service was great! For the food was on point with great flavor and taste. I do recommend the fried green tomatoes 🍅 😋. There can be a wait for a table, so for a group of 4 or less, the bar area is the best spot. The barter was very friendly, serving everyone with a smile and respect. Got to love the southern hospitality!

Today while visiting Savannah we stopped in to have a drink and was met with the most delightful bartender, Tim! We arrived just as they were opening (maybe even before) and honestly, I’m not sure he was even set up! He was just awesome. Even recommended the Fried Green Tomatoes and made the best Peach Long Island Iced Tea! We chatted about other great foods and beers. What a great experience. Highly recommend coming here. I must add, his co-worker Christine was just as sweet to converse with too! Sometimes, the food and drinks are good, but the people make the experience! ❤️

The service and atmosphere was fabulous. What a gem to stumble upon. Highly recommend the hush puppies with pimento cheese and bacon and the Bloody Mary’s and Peach Long Islands. Julia the bartender is very vivacious and just a treasure to have serve you spirits

One of Best Seafood Spots in Savannah!! Food -- this has become an annual tradition for our family trip on the way into Tybee because the food is so good!! We split an order of peel and eat boiled shrimp and a dozen oysters. These were fantastic!! Oysters were big and clean with all the accoutrements available and included. Tasty and yummy. The peel and eat shrimp were also excellent with flavorful butter and cocktail sauce to add to them. Also got a cup of lobster and crab bisque and it was gone, oh in about 4 minutes! Boys food was also eaten up quick with a main entree of a chicken sandwich with Mac and cheese. Some seafood restaurants treat their chicken sandwich as a toss away item, but not here. It was as good as many main chicken places. Kids entrees were fried shrimp and mac and cheese and those were a gobbled up quick! Only complaint (which is reaching)....only available hot sauce is Texas Pete, at a seafood restaurant on the ocean....what? Please grab some Louisiana, Tabasco and Crystal. Drinks -- sodas and tea for most of us, but one of us got one of their famous Artillery Punch and it was magical!! Many tasty ingredients in this specialty drink that make it super! And as a added bonus you get to take home your very own cool Artillery Punch glass. Service -- kind, friendly, and prompt. We happened to come at a down time when it wasn't super crowded but our waitress was great. May get crowded at certain times, but worth the wait. Vibes -- non-pretentious seafood restaurant on River Street. Got a lot of charm and you can tell it's been an establishment in business for awhile . Reminds you of some Boston seafood spots. Value -- good value, especially for quality of food and great service. Approximately $20-30 per person, but this included appetizers and a cocktail. Oysters were good price, especially for quality unlike some spots that are outrageous. Summary -- if you're looking for a great seafood spot with excellent food and good service on River Street, then head to The Shrimp Factory!

Solid okay! It didn’t blow my mind but was just fine. The fried fish was very thin and so completely overwhelmed by the batter which was delicious. The fried shrimp were very tasty. The shrimp burger was a patty made of chopped shrimp and it was pretty good, but not very thick. The service was excellent and a nice, central location.
