The Pirates' House - Savannah - Photo album

The six of us came in on a Wednesday around 1pm. We lucked out on their Lunch Buffet. We didn't even realize it was offered, but we definitely took advantage. It is also the only way to get their delicious fried chicken at lunchtime. There also was: fried fish, sliced pork, mashed potatoes & sweet p
10/10 recommend!!! Best food we had for lunch during both of our stays in Savannah this year. Great food, fast service, and very friendly staff. I had the shrimp and grits and my husband had honey pecan glazed chicken.
I went for the Southern Comfort food lunch buffet. Rolled out beyond stuffed. Great mocktail offerings. Good place to bring the family and just all around unique historic location. The she crab soup is a must have. Not too strong of a sherry flavor and not too thin of broth. A great cup she crab sou
Very piratey! The Pirate's House has a wonderful low-country, Southern buffet on weekdays. My son loved it. My husband tried out some of the seafood choices. There is bar service during the lunch hour, try some of their local beers. The service was adequate. I love the historic atmosphere, but I did
Biscuits were so light and fluffy - YUM!! The best I had all weekend. We had reservations and didn’t wait for a table. Food and service were good. Friend’s fried chicken was absolutely delicious and 1/2 chicken - breast, thigh, leg and wing. Thankful she let me taste it!
Is it a tourist trap? Absolutely! Is it still worth a visit to take in some Georgia history that goes back nearly 300 years? Indeed! Been coming here for over 20 years and we always enjoy the brunch buffet and a ghost story or two. Save room for some Key Lime pie too.
The food was amazing! I love Pirate 🏴‍☠️ stuff but the food was the best I have had in a while. I had the fried green tomatoes 🍅. It is an appetizer but big enough for a meal! So good!!! They have very fun kids menus that turn in to a hat, eye patch, a mustang and an ear ring. Crazy but true. We wil
Awesome old building still standing, Awesome to know that I was dining in the same place that pirates hung out at. A must visit while in Savannah. Our waitress was super nice, the food was great. Biscuits, cornbread melt in your mouth. Seafood and fried green tomatoes were delicious.
What an amazing experience! We really enjoyed our food and service was phenomenal! And it was also interesting reading about the history We will definitely be back! Pirates House Burger and the 1776 Burger was a hit and we will most likely reorder when we do return Highly suggest checking this place
This is a great place to go for southern food. The daily buffet has a great sample of food to choose from. Reservations aren't required but recommended. They have a great ambiance and fun gift shop upstairs.
