Owner is literally the best (He was locking up at 3:15, he asked what I wanted, opened back up and rang me up) shop is vintage and the spot to go if you don’t want to spend an arm and leg like most places in SAV. P.S. has pineapple Fanta and GAS LEMON POUND CAKE

Stopped in for a quick bite to-go. Fun atmosphere inside! So much decor to look at while you wait. The chicken salad was flavorful & my husband enjoyed the chili dog. The man who checked us out was prompt and friendly.

My husband and I just returned to Indiana from a 4 day trip to Savannah. It was our first time visiting this great city. We love learning about history and meeting locals when we travel. We met Steve (co-owner) in one of the squares close to his home and storefront. We had a long, lovely conversation and told him we wanted to see his place. We toured the entire next day and barely had enough time to stop on our way to the airport. We were both so glad we did stop though! Steve personally greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and made us feel very welcome. I had an ice cream cone and my husband had a shake. Both were delicious and hit the spot at 3:50pm. We did not realize they served food or we could have eaten lunch there as well. The shop was decorated so cute. We felt we were visiting a piece of the past with the decor and memorabilia on the walls. We wished we had had more time to take it all in and learn more about this multi-generational family owned business. Thanks for the southern hospitality Steve and we will definitely be back when we return to Savannah. Wishing you all the best!

This is a very cool little spot. I love the atmosphere they have going on here... always welcoming and inviting. They have little snack meals (hot dogs & sandwiches), chips, ice-cream, stuff like that. I enjoyed the potato salad and the egg salad sandwiches. I haven’t tried their ice cream yet but it looks pretty good.

Stumbled upon this hidden gem while exploring Historical Savannah! What an amazing surprise! Just a little hole in the wall but service was super friendly! Hotdogs were AMAZING! Probably one of the best chili dogs I’ve ever eaten my fiancée said the Kraut dog was fantastic as well!! Next time we’re in Savannah we will definitely pop in!

Absolutely love this place. I am currently working here for the season and I come here everyday for launch. Price point is about 8 dollars for a sandwich, drink, and chips. The guys here are super nice and they serve fast. Small tables outside allow for some people watching in a beautiful area if that is your thing or you are a guest here in Savannah.
This has a very nice 1950s 1960s vibe to it and it is a very nice place to grab a cheap launch freshly made for below what I normally pay for fast food.

Stopped in to get a drnk and found a nice surprise. There were plenty of drink options as well as food items on the menu at very reasonable prices. The owner was very helpful and knowledgeable about the history of Savannah-gave us tips for our visit.
