This location does not make the sandwiches as well as most every other location I have been to. The lettuce was pink on the sandwich and the toppings were not correct. It was not worth $20 for 2 subs for the quality and amount of toppings on the sandwiches. Cub or Walmart deli subs are half the price and taste much better.

This is THE WORST SANDWICH!!! Ordered lettuce/tomato/ black olives/provolone.
Instead: i got the onions im allergic to, green peppers, no tomatoes, no lettuce. Disgusting!!!

Run by underage teens no manager in site, couldnt tell me if they charge extra for mozzarella, then gave the girl a coupon $3.49 for a 6" sub (excludes melts) i got a 6" ham and turkey, she took my coupon then told me the total was $6.79! They charge over $10 for footlongs, just go to the one of Co. Rd. 5, they dont bs you, they know what they're doing, they're generous, friendly and not treating each other horribly in front of guests. The girl spent more time telling the boy what to do than she spent speaking to me. Overpriced, understaffed, illegitimate and knowledge-lacking staff, never coming back.

I’ve tried to call them five times now in the past 10 minutes and right now currently it’s 8:52 I’ve been calling them since 8:30 and they don’t close until 9:30. Subway is good but I wanted to talk to someone because I had a question and they do not answer the phone they ask you one or two the first option is do you want catering in the second is anything else. I tried clicking the second option but it rang for two minutes and then made a beeping noise like it was out of service and then I recalled back in clicked the first option and it said it was an invalid option. I’m very frustrated because all I wanted to do was ask a question and they don’t even answer the phone it just rings and rings and rings and rings and rings. Worst store ever I’ve never had a store not answer my call after calling five times!!! NOT HAPPY! And it’s only this location the other subways were answering but not this one. I don’t recommend

They “run out” of their hot meats hours before close (too lazy to microwave more). Terrible attitudes on the staff. Rude, short with you and snarky. There are two other subway restaurants within 2 miles of this location - and once again tonight I was reminded why I always make the drive.

The new touch screen order menu at the drive thru is bad. The options make it difficult or impossible to order a custom sandwich that isn’t one of their premade options. It’s hard to tell exactly what is in their sandwiches if you’re not already familiar. You only get one pic of a closed sandwich with no details besides the name. It takes a bit to navigate the menu trying to figure it out while making people wait behind you.
Their indoors close an hour earlier than the drive thru, but doesn’t say that anywhere besides on a little discreet sign on the door. Not even on the site. When I discovered the doors were locked, the employee inside was one of those jerks that just points like you can understand what that means, instead of just walking 10 ft to the door and speaking to me.

They've tricked us into thinking eating a footlong loaf of bread with a metric f- ton of mayo on it is healthy!!! For real though the chicken strips used in the chicken bacon ranch, chicken teriyaki, and Buffalo chicken is like soggy and weird. Barely resembles chicken. It gets barely toasted long enough to be even warm. It gives me the heebie jeebies!
