This is one of the only spots I can stop with my rig, so I'm here often. The wait times are ridiculous no matter what time your here the average wait tim is 15mins but I've also waited almost 30 mins for a single combo. The foods always pretty decent though. The also xare more about the drive through customers than walk ins

I placed an order thru Uber Eats.. when the order arrived, the onion rings were cold, soggy, and under cooked, and to boot they forgot my pop.. Uber Eats was good when they first came out were really good.. NOW, trying to get a hold of support is like pulling teeth. They should have a direct "chat support" button right within their app, but NOOOO... you gotta go searching around for it while meanwhile the part of the order that did make it to the door is getting even colder. So u cant actually tell if it's the restaurant or the driver that screwed up.. but I wont be ordering BK thru Uber Eats anymore that's for sure

Great staff and service. But I do have a bone to pick. Drive thru hours are incorrect both on here and on the BK website. I've gone to drivethru just after 11pm and the restaurant was closed down with pylons in the drive thru. The hours were updated this week so I went early as the hours stated 11pm, but as I pulled in at 10:40pm, the restaurant was closed again..... Please ensure hours are posted correctly so we can enjoy our late night BK (and not have to resort to going to the other BK...)

This place needs improvement. Everytime I go there they've screwed up my mobile order. Last time I didn't get my free chicken nuggets. And I am not the type to go back and get what I am owed considering the inconvenience of that, and I rarely have time for that. This location MAY get another chance from me as a make it or break it scenario.. glad there's another BK in town as an option

Went in to order, according to my receipt I waited 27 minutes from time of order, unacceptable. The guy who ordered just before me just ordered a double whopper, he left without his order after waiting 20min. Got the food and onion rings were ice cold so was the burger at least the fries were OK I guess. Looking at staff it seemed nobody had a clue what was going on. People came in from waiting in line at drive through to see what was going on because the line was not moving and they were trapped there with the curbs. Very bad service.

terrible quality of food from this location maybe they should train these new owners on how to make food that isn't so greasy and disgusting. i have never had any fast food as terrible as what they serve here and never again will i be spending any money at burger king totally unacceptable the grease was so bad on my food it took 3 minutes to drain it off and then it was cold i just threw it out because it would have cost me more money in gas to return it than it is worth i wish i could give it 0 stars but it won't let me
