Asked for 10 PLAIN Timbits for my dogs. I shouldn't have had to check, how hard is it to read PLAIN right? Apparently hard! Get home and my dogs have assorted Timbits, which they cannot have! Isn't the first time this store has screwed up my order, but it's the last time!

Pleasant clean atmosphere. Tim Bit was excellent as expected BUT the hot chocolate was terrible: watered down, returned the first attempt but the second replacement was no better. Have had their hot chocolate at other Tim's locations. They were OK

Rude employee told the guy in front of me to move forward when he was already closer then 6ft from the other guy was trying to pack us in like sardines and during covid shame. Shame. Shame. Shame. 1 stars are for the burnt coffee it wasn't the worst I have tasted otherwise you would get none

I was craving a coffee and that's what I ordered but I was a little indecisive about what to get with it; however, the cashier was patient with me and before long I had an everything bagel with herb and garlic cream cheese on its way. It wasn't just a smidgen of it, it was a decent amount and I was satisfied with my food and the customer service. I got my coffee fix too so I was pleased all around.
