Although the food was good, and the staff Pleasant,It took forever From the time we ordered to get our food. As a matter of fact,We initially went into the store to order our food. However the order taker Was completely engaged with the drive-thru. We then got in our vehicle and went to the drive throigh. But it still took 15 minutes to get our order.

Food was good, service quick and friendly staff but the place was pretty dirty. I’ve been going to Arby’s for many years and always thought they kept it really clean but this evening most tables were dirty, floors looked liked they haven’t been washed in weeks, napkins and garbage one the floor.

This place usually gets my order correct but lately they have been skimping on the cheddar for my beef and cheddar sandwiches. Normally great food and happy to eat here. But lately they have been skimping on cheese :/ normally a 4 but today a 3 for lack of cheese

Good service and they aren't cheap with utensils or sauces.

The food is always good, but I went through the drive-thru on Friday, December 10 at approx 1350 and ordered a loaded curly fry. I live on St. Joseph Island and didn't eat til after I got home. It was a poutine not a loaded. Quite disappointed.
