Everything about this DD was fine, I just have a long-standing upset with the company, since they quit making the original, namesake Dunkin' Donut, the one that had a "handle." It was the BEST for actual coffee dunking. Nothing else they make comes close.

The morning crew is awesome. They are always know what I want before I order. And are very pleasant and outgoing. Keep it up.

Their attitudes are terrible... When paying for something you ordered it should be made the way the customer wants and not giving an attitude when my ice coffee has not been made correctly and I ask for it to be corrected... This is the reason that I don't usually shop in Illinois

Food is good, staff are very accommodating but they need more spacious place.

Second day in a row staff not wearing masks. Big sign on window about the importance of mask wearing yet three staff members including the man who gave me my coffee wasn’t wearing one. Guess I gotta find another location. Irresponsible behavior

Love Dunkin, thrilled they built it close to home and office. Great food and donuts and nice service.

Never had issues with my order. But there is a sign on the drive thru speaker saying I need to wear a mask to pick up my food at the window. Yet no one in there is wearing a mask to cook our food.....
