Delicious beer here. Great variety, including sours. Right off the interstate. Our bartender was very friendly. They ID everyone, so remember your driver license. My favorite beer was the hatch chile cream ale, it had a great spice to with with lots of pepper flavor. Chips and hatch chile queso were great as well.

If you're anywhere near Saugatuck & like beer, don't think, just stop here. You won't regret it! Every beer in our flight was delicious, staff was amazing, food was great. Love the atmosphere & all the decor. Great indoor space & a dog-friendly patio. One of my favorite breweries I've been to in a while!

We didn't have a lot of time so we only tasted 4 but everything we tasted was delicious. Normally I complain about the GFS pretzel bites but this time they were heated correctly and the cheese was DELICIOUS!

Fantastic food; the build your own quesadillas were Fantabulous!!! so many beers on tap. And all of them sounded, so I great had to get a flight.

The Guardian is a great little brewery in a very cool setting. They've done an amazing job over the last couple of years creating a beautiful little space and gorgeous patio. Combine the physical elements with the extremely friendly and attentive staff and you have a place you'll visit again and again. As a brewery of course delicious beer is top of the menu list but they also have a full bar and a wonderful menu. Plenty of options to choose from and tons of vegetarian and vegan alternatives.

Off the beaten path brewery option with very light and airy feel, great choices in decor and music. There are lights at each table to indicate when you need service which is awesome because you are helped right away when you need it. The beer is good with plenty of varieties, and the prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend checking it out if in the area.

My husband and I are huge beer drinkers, and this place exceeded expectations. I'm shocked the reviews aren't even higher for this place. The food was amazing and the beer is spot on. They had 21 beers on tap, all made in house. We tried 10 of them and every single one was unique and incredible. It's only been open since December, and if the quality is this great for a newer place I can't wait to see what they are capable of. Atmosphere was awesome and the staff was great. If you haven't been here yet, you are missing out!

Amazing vegan/vegetarian food! My husband got the Beyond brat and vegan Cesar salad, and I got the vegan tacos. There were 3 options for vegan tacos alone! I went with the Beyond crumbles and the tofu, and they were both amazing (the other option was a spicy tofu)! The tofu was the perfect texture and light seasoning! I never have that much luck with making tofu at home, but this place nailed it! Next time we're in the area, we'll definitely be back!

The decor is really cool. It's all old music memorabilia and posters. They have vegan options. Beyond meat tacos were decent. Beyond bratwurst is always good, but is a bit pricey if you ask me. $12 for a bratwurst and chips is a little high. Didnt have beer this time around but I have before and they have a great selection.

Guardian is a great welcoming, family-friendly spot to get drinks and eat! They have quite an extensive beer and wine menu with some truly unique options. I really enjoyed the “Werk Boots” Lemonade Shandy. We ate chips and guacamole, spicy chicken tacos, and the pork taco salad. Food came quickly and was a satisfying addition to the beer. We also enjoyed the card trivia games they had available. We’re from out of town but stopped here to support this LGBT-owned business and hope to return! Definitely worth a stop after your trip to the beach. Also love the music decor!

Yesterday we had lunch at the Guardian Brewing Company. We ordered the nachos, the goat cheese salad, the tacos and the corned beef sandwich. The carnita tacos needed more juice and were a bit bland. It was shocking that I could only eat a pork (don't eat) or vegan taco...I love tacos but nothing for me, (shredded beef or chicken) so i ordered a corned beef sandwich. I had to search for my corned beef, the meat portion was too small..so expensive for maybe 2 oz of meat for an $11 sandwich. The goat cheese salad was delicious...the dressing was the best I ever had. The nachos were good and refreshing, but needed more cheddar cheese and the guacamole sauce they used. We loved the beer and wine. Our waiter, Chris, provided excellent service. The atmosphere was cool w signed guitars of various rock stars. I will return, but avoid the tacos and corned beef and order the beer. They need to add chicken to the menu.

Fantastic brewery. Loved layout, staff, and the beer was great...special shout out to the Villainous beer. Loved the Communitas wall of pay it forward beers. Best of the five really good breweries I visited in the area.

Went to the second night of their soft opening so they only had one of their beers on tap but it did not disappoint. I also ordered the Ham & Cheese panini which was filled with Brie, apples and a fruit jam which all paired perfectly together. All around great place.

Wonderful place for lunch and great servers, along with the food and overall environment! Beautiful space and creative ideas implemented with how customers interact with the servers. Lights at your table to change to certain colors for request of service (very smart) also so many choices of beer it's hard to know where to start but really really great environment and space. Very Amazing work by the founders and those who did the work! If I could rate 10 I would in a heartbeat! ☆☆☆☆☆

I loved everything about my visit here. The staff were so helpful, friendly, and attentive. The food was fresh and delicious. I definitely want to go back... And I did! Still an amazing place.
