Awesome spot with great coffee, I got the cold French toast latte with almond milk, and scones (blueberry lemon plays). It’s very comfortable and inviting inside and there was ample seating. I also really enjoy the coworking space concept in the back. Going to take a page out of their book for my future coffee shop no doubt
The Palette Café has a super cute interior with great Kru coffee! The barista was very friendly and welcoming. They have nice patio seating which makes this a great place to hangout for a while. I would definitely recommend and I’m a happy customer who will be back!

I just had some breakfast from here delivered by DoorDash.
1) Cafe mocha was better than Starbucks and Dunkin
2) Breakfast sammie looked small when I opened the container, but it was actually pretty thick. The biscuit was especially good.
3) The chocolate chip cookie was a 10/10.
All in all, this was a perfect breakfast, and if you're not going to trust food takes from a guy that's open and honest about crushing a chocolate chip cookie for breakfast, then you can't be saved.
Really enjoy the scones and biscuits that they serve. Very inviting place. Excellent decor. One of my favorite spots in Saratoga.
The perfect stop for mid afternoon refreshments. Cosy seating inside and out and a great drinks menu. We love to pop in and get a pre dinner aperitif. A great place to recharge the batteries after a day of enjoying the town and the surrounding areas.
